Just a heads up to Pharmacom. I, too, ordered from W1 when they said they were still shipping and then life happened but fortunately for me and others in the same situation, there are a good number of sources who have found a way to continue doing business despite life happening. Some of them had to change carriers or make other adjustments to ensure that they could continue serving customers. I placed an order with someone else and just received the goods I payed for. Looking forward to actually trying a new product because I haven’t used anything but pharmacom for years and I pretty much lost sight of the number of sources available to us. What I’m trying to tell you Pharmacom is that you most likely have a good number of loyal customers who have taken the same stance I have. We are all scrambling to put together a spring cycle and a lot of us are going to find out that other products work just as well as yours. I love your products but Your insensitive response to customers has left a bad taste in my mouth. The fact that you keep reminding us that we aren’t buying “chocolates” here translates to me as “we are drug dealers and you are buying underground products so just deal with it because you really have no recourse no matter how unsatisfied you are.” You are always quick to boast that you are the biggest and baddest in the game and that you are a vast company but your response to all of this is more that of a tight fisted amateur company that is in financial trouble. The fact that you promised somebody a refund and then told them “but just not yet, because there just isn’t enough Bitcoin for you due to continuing operations and enterprise”, is embarrassing. That is the most piss poor excuse I have ever heard given the circumstances. What are we a talking about here, a huge wholesale order? I doubt it and I find this response disgusting. I want my fucking pack but in the meantime, I’m going to try a competitor’s product and most likely find other solutions for my needs in the future. Just my 2 cents.
This is right on. I truly believe they are getting scared and it’s very hard to give money back to the customers.

why don’t they send you your stuff from the domestic store?

there are so many sources that have domestic and international warehouses that could accommodate their customers.
- with the domestic store, they really don’t have an excuse not to get you your product.

I’m guessing a good comparison here would be a casino and a gambler....

I have held off on posting as long as I could but I feel I have to say something after I have not had replies to my last 2 emails to customer service. Today is Day 30 from when I was promised my refund.

I get that coronavirus has impacted pharmacom but it has impacted EVERYONE. Just based on percentages there are probably numerous people on this site who have lost their jobs or been severely impacted by coronavirus. I work in a hospital, roughly 12 hours a day for the last 3 weeks so I get the impact it has had. First hand.
Really should check yourself on the way you are responding to the customers. Yes everyone knows what is going on in the world. Talking down to customers that are upset is not going to make things better. People, including myself, placed orders when the site said it was still shipping and then things shut down before our orders shipped. I remember being told it would be shipped within a couple weeks. The problem is I don't have my money and I still need my TRT and I'll be damned if I am going to pay $80 for a vial of test from the domestic site. Maybe throw us a promotion by sending at least a partial order through the domestic to get us through until things are back to normal. Most of us have been effected by this financially so there probably isn't going to be much sympathy with the "we need the bitcoin to pay our bills."
I was trying to handle the situation in private because I felt that I owed them that before making things public but the responses have been very disappointing. Everyday there are instagram photos posted or ads from the site posted but customers questions are left unanswered???
It's not as if people are just bitching after 3 days many of the people have been waiting 3 months or more.
I'm glad guys are blasting this source, i wanted to say something last night but didn't know how it would go over.

Screw your policy, guys waiting two plus months with NO DATE on when they will get their stuff deserve a pack from your domestic store ASAP OR BTC back. BTC turnover is limited, you kidding me? You're constantly getting purchases, you telling me you cant make things right with Amtont who is well overdue for a refund? What a joke.

The other thing is there are sources that are far smaller and have less "reputation" that seem to be shipping out of the same areas just fine. I don't want to drag other sources into this but with regards to refunding people or making things right there is a raw source on this board that is relatively new. When he was scammed by his partner in January he was left owing customers roughly $14k. Why is it that he can refund pretty much everyone by now when he is a one man show that was flat out broke? Pharmacom advertises itself as the best source that has the most professional stuff and I had always had good experiences previously but I would just like to see that backed up in the actions currently.
One more thing @Pharmacom Support. Instead of helping and answering questions like the above guy asked, you continue to posts pics of athletes from who cares where. News flash, we in America don't know nor care about these "athletes" and would prefer, you know, real support.:rolleyes:
This is just an all around bad look and comes across as if the source literally doesn't give a fuck about the customers.
You’d think with all of these high profile bodybuilders they’d have a fair amount of BTC on hand in order to refund a guy :rolleyes:
I'm assuming that all these guys have still been receiving their gear. I'd imagine they would be pretty unhappy if they weren't. I get that I'm not on their level but I think that customers concerns should be treated with more respect and better answers especially since they are legitimate concerns.

I hardly ever say anything negative but I felt given the situation I had to. Not even for myself but for other customers who are in a similar position. I feel as if the responses to customers have been degrading and rude to say the least. They could at least be given a legitimate timeline or refunds. A source can buy BTC, just as customers do. I get that these are unprecedented times but the site says that customers will get things from W2 and 21 days it has been over 120. I was going to just let the situation play out but I have waited 30 days and the implication that none of the members have been impacted by the coronavirus did not sit well with me.

Pcom has turned into a real dumpster fire.Completely ruined their great reputation in the coarse of a few weeks.Plenty of sources are doing fine during the Covid-19 shit show!Its too bad they were a great source!!

I normally don't post that much and tried to wait as long as possible. I don't see how a source as large as pharmacom does not have 2k in bTC or couldn't purchase it by now????

I get the coronavirus situation but everyone has been hit hard, especially individuals who may not be anywhere near as wealthy as large sources.
 
Well where is my store credit than? Will it appear on my account? If so when? Or will you add some promo items to my delayed order?

Store credits will be provided by our system automatically once we unload all orders from our system for the warehouse to be packed. You will receive email about order status change in this case and credit will be available on your balance.

This is a regular model for this kind of business. When customers place orders they are obliged to read out ordering terms and check out only if they agree. Refund policy is clearly described in our terms as well as force majeure policy. So, why to place orders if don`t agree with it? Of course nobody reads those terms. Is it our fault or of those who does not do it? Very simple question.

We offer as minimum as 2 options to all customers who contact us:
1. if customer from the USA we offer moving balance to the US domestic warehouse and immediate shipping of goods from domestic warehouse at domestic prices without delays. Some customer call it refund, but it is not refund, we just move balance to another warehouse. Those who do not wanna wait can contact us and use this option any time.
2. we offer waiting and we will provide store credits to all customers having delays. It has been mentioned numerous times as well.
3. To those who totally disagree with those 2 proposals and we see it within correspondence, we offer refund in bitcoin within 30 days, although it is against our terms. We already go towards customers` wishes doing so. 30 days is a regular term. Check other sources or legal contracts at least.

Do you know when this story with coronavirus comes to the end? Do you know when there are no more new cases? Do you know when your government allows everything back to normal life? So, how we can know this?
We have ties and we are doing our best. Warehouse 2 will be functioning soon and once it starts we launch even better promo than now. Every victim will be compensated with store credits. Warehouse 2 should be operational within days.
Warehouse 1 is testing shipping of goods by an alternative courier within Europe. Customers from Europe can use this way already now. We can not know, when regular shipping is available, it depends on when government allows it. Finally, using private couriers is a huge safety risk.

Today is day 30. Where’s his fucking refund?
 
If warehouse 2 resumes shipping, maybe consider shipping warehouse 1 orders from there too? I ordered from warehouse 1 specifically because they were still shipping when warehouse 2 wasn’t and unfortunately that is right when warehouse 1 stopped shipping. Just an idea that would go a long way in the customers eyes. At least mine.
