Well where is my store credit than? Will it appear on my account? If so when? Or will you add some promo items to my delayed order?
OMG. We all need to relax, first of all. I mentioned it many times. Store credits will be provided by our system automatically once we unload all orders from our system for the warehouse to be packed. You will receive email about order status change in this case and credit will be available on your balance.

And nothing getting accomplished. Those customers still doing without and waiting and waiting and waiting...
If you order or have ordered and don’t get your shit just chalk it up as a loss because they state “no refunds” if life happens.
Perfect business model to get the customers money while the customers that order doesn’t get shit.
I’m guessing a good comparison here would be a casino and a gambler....
Pcom is that casino, the customers are the gamblers. So anyone seeing how things have been handled in the last few months can clearly see, The House never looses!
Y’all can gamble away on this source all ya want to, but from what I seen here lately... This gambler is going to choose a different casino, so when/if I have an issue, I don’t have to play “slap jack” to get the issue handled.

This is a regular model for this kind of business. When customers place orders they are obliged to read out ordering terms and check out only if they agree. Refund policy is clearly described in our terms as well as force majeure policy. So, why to place orders if don`t agree with it? Of course nobody reads those terms. Is it our fault or of those who does not do it? Very simple question.
If you’re not going to refund him, send him his fucking order!!! Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with you people??? You fuckers act like you’re the shit. Get on the fucking ball and make this customer whole!
We offer as minimum as 2 options to all customers who contact us:
1. if customer from the USA we offer moving balance to the US domestic warehouse and immediate shipping of goods from domestic warehouse at domestic prices without delays. Some customer call it refund, but it is not refund, we just move balance to another warehouse. Those who do not wanna wait can contact us and use this option any time.
2. we offer waiting and we will provide store credits to all customers having delays. It has been mentioned numerous times as well.
3. To those who totally disagree with those 2 proposals and we see it within correspondence, we offer refund in bitcoin within 30 days, although it is against our terms. We already go towards customers` wishes doing so. 30 days is a regular term. Check other sources or legal contracts at least.
I'm glad guys are blasting this source, i wanted to say something last night but didn't know how it would go over.
Screw your policy, guys waiting two plus months with NO DATE on when they will get their stuff deserve a pack from your domestic store ASAP OR BTC back. BTC turnover is limited, you kidding me? Do you know when this story with coronavirus comes to the end? Do you know when there are no more new cases? Do you know when your government allows everything back to normal life? So, how we can know this?
We have ties and we are doing our best. Warehouse 2 will be functioning soon and once it starts we launch even better promo than now. Every victim will be compensated with store credits. Warehouse 2 should be operational within days.
Warehouse 1 is testing shipping of goods by an alternative courier within Europe. Customers from Europe can use this way already now. We can not know, when regular shipping is available, it depends on when government allows it. Finally, using private couriers is a huge safety risk.

Have some faith, we have just to go through this. We do not force anyone to order. For over 10 years of total experience on the market we did not scam anyone yet. 10+ years, it should mean something, does`t it? The shit happened for the first time ever. Even legal companies have huge issues, close offices, fire employees. How an not official and in many countries illegal company could perform better? We do not look for excuses, we will make all right, once it is within our forces. For warehouse 2 shipping will be within days as I mentioned earlier.
