Starting to get anxious as well, placed an order at the beginning of February and it hasn't been shipped yet.

I know there's no money back, but communication seems to be breaking down, any hopes of receiving my order are slowly disappearing :/

My friend is adamant I won’t get my order and that the law change on raws depleted everyone’s stock and they’re all likely taking orders still to take advantage of the current situation and hoard as much money as possible before disappearing.
I said that pharmacom have built their good reputation over years and years and that I’d expect it of some lesser lab but not pharma.
Pisses me off when he asks me all the time if if I got my order yet and just smirks when I say no :/

No, sorry I’m not owed anything. Luckily I placed my order a few weeks before things went to crap. That’s really BS you still haven’t gotten a refund. When they say it may take 30 days boy do they mean it. Hopefully that’s all they mean. Would be a bad time for them to start lying. Hell its not like they don’t have the money. Look at the video. Hope they stand by their word and make you whole ASAP.

I mean they promised they would refund me, I think it is just going to take the full 30 days. When I last talked to them 2 weeks ago they said they didn't have the BTC at the time because they needed them for other things so it would take 30 days to get the BTC.

@RThoads, Frank and customer service all said they would get me the refund within 30 days so I believe them. I was mistaken and thought you ordered during the December Christmas sale as well so I thought you might have heard something from them this week.

I don’t believe anyone else missed a beat during either cases.

Damn, yeah I thought you said you had ordered during the sale also but I didn't realize you already got your stuff. I will probably just try to contact customer service again. Based on their reputation I think they will stay true to their word and get me the refund before 30 days. I would rather not post publicly I just wanted to get a better sense of where things were at now.

I don't know. When I emailed them 2 weeks ago they said that the BTC were urgently needed for other things. I'm assuming paying employees or operating the warehouse etc.

So, please have patience. What we do is an exception and yes, bitcoin turnover is very limited now and we have lots of things to be covered to keep warehouses.
We offer more than we have to. All customers with delays get store credits or bonuses.

That’s what this thread has became. IMO... Not because of all the complaining customers, but how this source and the reps of this source have commented to those customers! And nothing getting accomplished. Those customers still doing without and waiting and waiting and waiting...

If you order or have ordered and don’t get your shit just chalk it up as a loss because they state “no refunds” if life happens. Perfect business model to get the customers money while the customers that order doesn’t get shit.

I’m guessing a good comparison here would be a casino and a gambler....
Pcom is that casino, the customers are the gamblers. So anyone seeing how things have been handled in the last few months can clearly see, The House never looses!

Y’all can gamble away on this source all ya want to, but from what I seen here lately... This gambler is going to choose a different casino, so when/if I have an issue, I don’t have to play “slap jack” to get the issue handled.

Edit: @amtont must be nice to hear that Pcom needs the BTC you sent em months ago because evidently they ‘need it’ worse than you need your refund for whatever reasons... smh!!

Really should check yourself on the way you are responding to the customers. Yes everyone knows what is going on in the world. Talking down to customers that are upset is not going to make things better. People, including myself, placed orders when the site said it was still shipping and then things shut down before our orders shipped. I remember being told it would be shipped within a couple weeks. The problem is I don't have my money and I still need my TRT and I'll be damned if I am going to pay $80 for a vial of test from the domestic site. Maybe throw us a promotion by sending at least a partial order through the domestic to get us through until things are back to normal. Most of us have been effected by this financially so there probably isn't going to be much sympathy with the "we need the bitcoin to pay our bills."

Screw your policy, guys waiting two plus months with NO DATE on when they will get their stuff deserve a pack from your domestic store ASAP OR BTC back. BTC turnover is limited, you kidding me? I, too, ordered from W1 when they said they were still shipping and then life happened but fortunately for me and others in the same situation, there are a good number of sources who have found a way to continue doing business despite life happening. Some of them had to change carriers or make other adjustments to ensure that they could continue serving customers. I placed an order with someone else and just received the goods I payed for. Looking forward to actually trying a new product because I haven’t used anything but pharmacom for years and I pretty much lost sight of the number of sources available to us. What I’m trying to tell you Pharmacom is that you most likely have a good number of loyal customers who have taken the same stance I have. We are all scrambling to put together a spring cycle and a lot of us are going to find out that other products work just as well as yours. I love your products but Your insensitive response to customers has left a bad taste in my mouth. The fact that you keep reminding us that we aren’t buying “chocolates” here translates to me as “we are drug dealers and you are buying underground products so just deal with it because you really have no recourse no matter how unsatisfied you are.” You are always quick to boast that you are the biggest and baddest in the game and that you are a vast company but your response to all of this is more that of a tight fisted amateur company that is in financial trouble. The fact that you promised somebody a refund and then told them “but just not yet, because there just isn’t enough Bitcoin for you due to continuing operations and enterprise”, is embarrassing. That is the most piss poor excuse I have ever heard given the circumstances. What are we a talking about here, a huge wholesale order? I doubt it and I find this response disgusting. I want my fucking pack but in the meantime, I’m going to try a competitor’s product and most likely find other solutions for my needs in the future. Just my 2 cents.
