So can anybody from basicstero/Pharmacom answer my question please. The response I got from customer service was a disaster. They didn’t care...
My friend is adamant I won’t get my order and that the law change on raws depleted everyone’s stock and they’re all likely taking orders still to take advantage of the current situation and hoard as much money as possible before disappearing.
I said that pharmacom have built their good reputation over years and years and that I’d expect it of some lesser lab but not pharma.
Pisses me off when he asks me all the time if if I got my order yet and just smirks when I say no :/

Good luck. I had a similar problem and because tracking said "missed delivery" they will not do anything for me. I have been doing business with this company for 4 years and even before the mess we are in now things have been going down hill...at least customer service. The product has always been great. We'll see how this plays out, but if things don't get better I'm done.
They have been reliable but now since the outbreak of the Corona Virus they have gone downhill fast. Maybe they have financial problems due to the Virus. This doesn’t look good for them. Maybe that was it for this source. I can already see the lab tests with underdosed and/or wrong compounds....
So, what`s going on here. People don`t you see what the hell is happening in the entire world? We got some longer delays for the first time ever since we`ve been founded and you immediately start making out some baseless theories...It is a global act of God! This will not work this way. Stop panic please.
China is not completely open yet and finally do not forget you are buying not chocolate. We are working on it. We expect to be able shipping from W2 within days.
US domestic is operating great without any hiccups.
International warehouse 1 also has some progress. Right now we are testing a new shipping service. It is available only for countries within Europe and shipping price is around 40$, but it should work. If you are from Europe and if you place your order from warehouse 1 you will be offered this shipping way by default. Shipping to outside of Europe is whether extremely expensive or not available right now.
Warehouse 1 takes probably some longer time to recover. Warehouse 2 should be ready really soon. But don`t forget that these things happening in the world right now are beyond our control...We do our best. We need just to go through this. Delays will be over one day... We will provide store credits/bonuses to all absolutely all customers who suffered from delays, although it is not even our fault.
And by the way, new Chinese laws or lack of raws have nothing to do with delays. We made a video relatively recently proving we got enough raws. Here is a link for those who missed

No offense bro, but on your video your pharmaceuticals raw powders are stacked on the basement, it sounds 100% clean and sterile to quote "HIGH QUALITY STANDARTS".
Crazy you were able to receive a shipment of that size but yet can’t send packs. I asked you a month ago if you had found a new raw source and had plans to continue sourcing since apparently you lost your supplier due to the China laws and you stated you hadn’t and that you were only concerned with the virus fiasco right now.
I know your policies say absolutely no refunds but act of God or not, it’s been MONTHS. You need to rethink that policy.
It is nice to see you purchased some raws. Hopefully they test well. It will be nice to receive aas from you guys that aren’t 3 years old according to the manufacturing labels.

I have been a loyal customer with basic for many years.. and fortunately I have not made a purchase from them recently. I read this forum everyday and it really sounds like basic is dropping the ball a little. I have recently received two different international orders from other sources.- and it was smooth.
Honestly, I suggest that after all of this mess, basic should chill on their promos and start throwing those promos to these guys who have been waiting from their gear.
I understand the crap going on in the world, but many other sources are given out free promos daily and still going strong (very good sources).
Basic needs to take care of these guys once this BS is over, because there are some really good sources out there with the lab work to prove it.

I forgot were you promised a refund at the same time as me? If so this Friday is the 30th day for us. I was just wondering if you had heard anything recently from them? I was going to reach out tomorrow because they had said they would be in touch to get BTC address and confirm everything. Idk when you ordered but I ordered before Chinese New Year so it will be good to have everything resolved hopefully.

No, sorry I’m not owed anything. Luckily I placed my order a few weeks before things went to crap. That’s really BS you still haven’t gotten a refund. When they say it may take 30 days boy do they mean it. Hopefully that’s all they mean. Would be a bad time for them to start lying. Hell its not like they don’t have the money. Look at the video. Hope they stand by their word and make you whole ASAP.
