I cant understand why you cant ship from W1. I know where it is located and I just got a package from another source located there. Maybe use a private carrier like GLS. At least that was the one they use. Arrived within 2 days.

Wanted to try Tren Base for the first time so picked up a vial. Also a vial of Pharma mix 5. Order came about a week to US nice and quick. I’ve never seen Tren base or the Pharma mix 5 before. The Pharma mix 5 is Tren base/Test base/ Stanozolol base. Are both vials supposed to look like this? I also ordered 1 vial of Test base which looked fine nice clear oil. But the other 2 vials look weird to me. Dark globs in the Pharma mix 5 and the Tren base looks like oatmeal water lol These good to go? Seems to no updates provided by Pharmacom. If you try to purchase from W1 the site now shows can ship only within Europe. No other updates???? How can nobody be told anything? Where is the customer support

yep sure is; because both are totally normal for those specific products.
yes, both are good nothing wrong.

Firstly, Tren-50 base is a water suspension (not oil solution) as is noted in the product description:

Therefore, as a suspension (not a solution) it will never be dissolved and what you have is completely normal. You must shake it vigorously to try to evenly distribute the solid particles before each use and draw while they are suspended more evenly or you will not get consistent distribution. Same as with the more commonly used Winny or Test-base in water with which people are familiar.

Both products are bases (no esters) and as such have limited solubility.

Thus, even the mix5 while in oil, can crash easily. Simply warm the mix5 and shake until you get everything dissolved back into solution.

I use dry rice in a bowl for this (And to warm oil for smoother injection in general). I keep the same bowl of rice and use it many times. Simply heat the rice in the microwave, check that it is VERY warm but not too HOT to touch, and then push your vials down into the warm rice as pictured until the oil is very war; I also take them oil and shake every couple minutes:

To be clear:
A water suspension is not dissolved (it can not be dissolved in water so do not attempt to "uncrash" it as it is not crash -- it is how it should be).
The mix5 is in oil and just crashed a little (low solubility bases, no esters) and can slowly (it will take some time not instantly) be, and should/needs to be, returned into solution with some warming and shaking.

So check it out. I ordered from warehouse 1 about a month ago and it has been sitting at the post office since then. I understand that shipping had been postponed due to the crisis so I resolved to wait. However, I checked tracking today and it said missed delivery-returned to sender. So now you have my money and my product. I have a suggestion. Since you are now getting customer’s packs back, why not put on your thinking caps, and see if you can’t find a different carrier to satisfy the orders you have been racking up. I know of at least one source who has switched to DHL so that they could continue to satisfy orders. I understand that a lot of this wasn’t in your control but it is so easy to throw up your hands and say there is nothing that can be done. You guys are always quick to say your the biggest business in the game so why don’t you start acting like it. Big businesses find a way to solve customer problems. It’s the cost of doing business. I understand that this is an underground product so I think that gives you guys a little leeway in truly finding a way to solve customer issues. I’ve been a pharmacom customer for 4 years now. Is there really no carrier that can help you get your orders out? I seriously doubt it. Something to loo into, especially since you now have the packs back in hand.Sorry but I’m disappointed and this truly makes me feel like not buying from you ever again even though I believe you have a superior product.

missed delivery is unlikely to be a source's fault/responsibility (such a situation occur if the postal service was not able to physically reach the destination address or it is an abandoned building , fake name, etc). People on message boards will not be able to resolve this for you -- you need direct communication with the source's customers service so your personal details, order, and situation may be looked into.

I have never heard of W1 needing a signature (W2 indeed does need sig), but even if it did/does, if no one is present to accept the pack the postal service simply leaves a notice to notify the resident and the pack is available for re-delivery or pick-up.
Delivery "missed" is not a result of someone not being present; it means the address was not invaluable to be delivered to or some other mistake.
IF a real name and address was not used, this can occur.
Other mistakes can occur (including the postal service itself) but these are more rare.

***Be sure to check your spam folder after contacting customer service because in the past some people complain they did not get a reply when in fact their email service filtered the reply to spam.

Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons :) ).

The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.

NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.

A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

No updates? I just did a 3 mins search and grab a few quotes from over the past couple months...
I see plenty of updates and communication (and, this is just from @Pharmacom Labs not including info I shared or the reps/support shared etc); There are many more such examples if you scroll back and search.

In addition, I believe the source sent out mass emails with updates.

Also, the source has announcements on its site in the News section. The Source's News may be found here -- I hope that helps:

EU-based warehouse 1 was not able shipping a part of latest orders, unfortunately. Postal service closes. They refuse to accept parcels. All due to COVID-19....

Information for customers who placed orders recently.

A part of orders was shipped. Some customers got tracking numbers, however those tracking numbers say now that package returned back to the origin location. We contacted postal office and asked, what is going on. It turned out that they accepted packages from us, but later in sorting center before even packages left the origin country postal service returned packages back. They are not allowed sending parcels due to isolation and quarantine.
Most orders shipped on roughly 8th-16th of March suffered from this. We could not know this happens. We have to wait until shipping is possible again. There is nothing we can do now. We make all right once shipping is possible.
Those who did not get tracking numbers at all, sorry, we also were not able shipping your orders due to the same reason.
p.s. It is only about orders from international warehouse 1.
US domestic if functioning as usually so far.

According to Chinese government only 1/3 of businesses/factories/facilities are currently operational....

...We all are stressed due to the situation with warehouse 2 and we can not restock warehouse 1 right now. It is missing lots of items, lots of demanded items like testosterone esters. Due to this our turnover reduced significantly. However, this warehouse needs turnover to keep working. So, although we did not plan it, we are launching a promotion for orders placed from warehouse 1 and paid by cryptocurrency....
