How would I know this? how would I know where your pack has been without tracking info?

Board reps, posts, even PMs are not as efficient nor direct - may get overlooked or take time to be relayed to the appropriate personnel.
This is a big World-Wide company; Reps/PR/Marketing people are mostly busy relaying information/news/announcements and may not even have the ability, access, nor authority to see private account and order information.
(it is a good thing though, that the company only allows specific person ability to access private info for customer security reasons :) ).

The "contact us" form is the most direct form of communication regarding accounts and orders.

NOTE regarding tracking (which is a common inquiry I see daily across various boards and PMs):
In my experience, usually tracking is NOT uploaded until a pack leaves the warehouse country and passes outgoing (origin nation's) customs.
In my opinion this usually takes approx a couple weeks for intl packs.
Please be patient and try not to ask customer service for tracking info -- tracking will be uploaded to your dashboard when it is available and authorized to be given out.
A source has no control over the postal service nor if packs are accurately scanned/updated within the postal system (once the pack is shipped, a source can only see what tracking shows you -- just like if/when you mail something to someone).
Keep in mind you can check the status of your order on the Basicstero site by loging into the warehouse where you placed the order and navigating to your
dashboard >> orders >> select the order you would like to see.
IF tracking has been uploaded to your account it will appear there in the order details section.

If I understand correctly, I am told W1 to Spain is available but with a courier (added shipping cost of ~$43).

W1 to Europe only has this option currently. You will see it during order steps on the Basictsero site.

Will orders which already have been placed in March for W1 for Europe domestic shipping and haven’t been shipped yet also be shipped by private courier without extra shipping costs? If so will they be shipped automatically or do I have to contact customer support?

This, I do not know. I believe during March there was total shut-down for W1 shipping because of government enforced restrictions.
As to if those orders will be able eligible to use this option (new and being explored/tried, success is not known yet since it is new) or if they were placed with agreement and understanding of the waiting for typical shipping to become available again, I do not know.
For this answer you would need to ask the source's customer service regarding your specific order.

When I get a chance to talk to Frank, I will try to bring his attention to this post/question of yours.
IF I get any additional info, I will be sure to share.

Is the destination of the order also located in the EU?
by this I mean, the order is from W1 to EU (all staying within the EU)?

Here is what I found from Basicstero on another board:
"we are trying something now.Once all clear, we announce it.We should be able shipping from W1 to most EU countries, but shipping price will be more expensive."

So it sounds like it is only just starting to be tested now, if successful, the source will announce this W1 to within EU option.
 
So check it out. I ordered from warehouse 1 about a month ago and it has been sitting at the post office since then. I understand that shipping had been postponed due to the crisis so I resolved to wait. However, I checked tracking today and it said missed delivery-returned to sender. So now you have my money and my product. I have a suggestion. Since you are now getting customer’s packs back, why not put on your thinking caps, and see if you can’t find a different carrier to satisfy the orders you have been racking up. I know of at least one source who has switched to DHL so that they could continue to satisfy orders. I understand that a lot of this wasn’t in your control but it is so easy to throw up your hands and say there is nothing that can be done. You guys are always quick to say your the biggest business in the game so why don’t you start acting like it. Big businesses find a way to solve customer problems. It’s the cost of doing business. I understand that this is an underground product so I think that gives you guys a little leeway in truly finding a way to solve customer issues. I’ve been a pharmacom customer for 4 years now. Is there really no carrier that can help you get your orders out? I seriously doubt it. Something to loo into, especially since you now have the packs back in hand.Sorry but I’m disappointed and this truly makes me feel like not buying from you ever again even though I believe you have a superior product.

Because of the shipping delays overseas, I ordered domestic for the first time about 3 weeks ago. My Dashboard still says, "verifying payment". Anyone know whats going on with Domestic?

Well I ordered when you stated that you still ship from W1 in norm mode. So I ordered and paid an the coming week you said we are on shut down. But I recieved an order from another source in the same country with a private courier. Shipping was even cheaper than yours. So this is Not an excuse in my opinion. Hopefully you get things right the coming week...
 
So what is true then ? Is China open like it says on news ? W2 I would imagine should be open along with manufacturing. Or is that not true ? As far as W2 since in Europe i know they are still mostly tight with their restrictions but everything has said China has been mostly open for the last week or so. Any news ?
 
Hoping since China is back open for business as reported in the news that we will get our orders soon guys! Need the tren to help drop this quarantine belly
