Nothing has declined. The source has been good with communication and updates throughout the global CV-19 crisis.
Products are of the highest possible quality -- this has not changed.
US Dom never shut-down and has been fully functioning with regular business.
W2 has recently returned to shipping with the packs that were stopped because of CV-19 policies now shipped.
W1 cannot ship to the USA yet (to the best of my understanding) because of CV-19 restrictions but has courier option for customers within the EU.
W1 cannot restock because of CV-19 restrictions in specific nations; once restock occurs, I am sure the source will announce since after all a source does like business.
All has been communicated multiple times and appears on the source's site.
Many TD posts being seen across multiple boards including this thread.
As always the source has gone out of its way to help customers -- some of which read this thread (And talk to me in PM) and it would be nice if they let the public know the good news when they get helped but usually we only see the few complaints because when business goes well no one is motivated to post (makes sense as it is just what is expected -- order and products come, all good, nothing to talk about). In the rare event they do take the time to say good things about sources (not just this one), people bash and talk trash which discourages others from posting positive content.
People I know in-person have all received packs over the past month.
Many have been enjoying their orders from US Dom the entire time, and now many more are enjoying their orders from W2

I am just stating the situation because when 5 guys post making it sound like there is an issue , but 1000 guys order and are happy but say nothing (because why would they it if there is no issue), the perception on the board is skewed and not an accurate representation of reality.
I am sure some small one-man garage lab that may have had raws on reserve did not see much change during the CV-19 crisis. But neither did Basicstero's US Domestic Warehouse.
That same small UGL may not give the same quality product (sure some do, and if you find a good ugl congrats, but many suck they come and go etc and not everyone in the world has a hook-up with a good private lab).
I simply disagree regarding Basic being in over their heads or any issue at all really. They had a delay because of government policies in multiple nations blocked shipping but as soon as possible they shipped everything that was owed and gave credits/bonus (for something not the source fault) to be kind.
I am sure many here have received the delayed packs from W2 already (I got mine a month ago and see TD posted on others boards).
You see customers frustrated and post multiple posts, but then you see the same guys get resolved in private or publicly make one post to say it is all taken care of -- but they are not going to make 5 posts to say it is all taken care of; they make one, sometimes, and move on.
Who here really is without a reply or has a question without an answer?
Let he or she ask, and I am likely able to find the topic already addressed in the thread and usually we can find a direct reply.
I personally have answered a great number of questions on the source’s behalf – I have limited power or authority but work hard to help fellow members here (if it were not disrespectful to people’s privacy I would tag the last 5 I helped from PMs and ask them to give feedback, but it would be rude for me to put anyone on the spot of post private business).
I have seen every question answered either directly or it was already addressed in the announcements or on Basic's site.
In regards to Basics staff who posts athletes and products, that is his job -- he is PR/marketing -- it is normal for a business to have such things. Many people do not look at the entire thread. Most may not even be members on each board (I am not sure how every board works because I am a member on all); most views are from new people that come to a board. We can see such stats somewhere on the board in terms of how many are viewing and how many are actual members logged in.
So while you may have seen some content already, others may not have.
Please also keep in mind that English is like NOT the first language of the source’s staff (some may speak very little English). Therefore, yes, you may see scripts copy/pasted for commonly repeated inquiries (again, not uncommon for businesses all over the world).
To be clear, no hard feelings at all I like 99% of guys here – this is my community too and I am also a customer.
Written word lacks a lot – if we were in person talking you would see I am positive friendly guy and very laid back easy going .
I am just doing my job too.
IF anyone has a question I missed, just ask me and I will try my best to answer – I check in most days in the late morning, afternoon, and then again in the evening. Like anyone, sometimes I need a break and try to take at least one weekday and a weekend day off (I hope you all understand the need for that so I may see family etc without being online).
Anyway, it’s all good, Basicstero business is going strong (only limits still in place are with W1; US Domestic and W2 are going full blast), and I wish everyone all the best!
