Not sure, what happened, but if we screwed up, which is of course possible (we all are people) we will fix it and provide you a bonus for all the inconvenience caused. I would need your order number. Sending a pm to you.
Should be no pip with oil-based version at all. Water suspension (another version of test base we have) could cause it, if injected not deeply enough or not correctly, but not the oil-based version.

Also if order was $300 is it 300 minus 150 For $150 total, or is the order still gonna cost $300 but I get $150 worth of extras?

Hi, yes, I believe the promos are still active.
Easiest way to check is simply go on the source's site and start an order. Proceed through the check-out steps until you get to the promo/bonus item selection step. There you can see the options (like a test-run just to explore options). IF you choose not to confirm the order (final step) nothing is entered and your cart will empty after closing the page. You can come back later and make an actual order if/when you are ready.
The promo has tier levels based upon the value/cost of the original paid order.
For example, if the promo is active, when you spend $300 USD you will be given an option (a step during the checkout process) to select free bonus items up to a total value of $200 (therefore you pay $300 and get the original paid $300 worth of items and an option to select $200 more worth of items).
Please note, usually the conditions state that only paid items have re-ship if seized; by this is means if seized the source will re-send the original paid items a 2nd time free or any charge but NOT the extra promo $200 bonus items.
The promo does NOT stack with cart/account/other discounts; it is either or regarding discounts or the promo. If you prefer the cart/account/other discounts then simply skip the promo step (do not select any promo items) and you will retain the discounts (if any are applicable) in your cart. Or you may select the free bonus items and your cart discount are removed. Usually, the promo is the better deal -- but it is your choice
.You may order as much as you like. But you do not get additional promo items beyond the $300/$200. Nonetheless, you may enter as many individual orders as you would like. By this I mean, if you were going to order $600 worth, you may place two separate $300 orders and get the promo on each separate order.
