Anybody else having issues with adding items in the black Friday promo section of the order on the US warehouse site?

I had problems ordering. You are not allowed the 5% percent discount with the bonus $100. But the site takes the 5% off by default so you have to order well over the $300 to get the bonus screen to pop up. My original order would have been $315 but it would not give me the bonus because it was under the 300 with the 5% bonus that they take away at the bonus screen.

i was just goofing. Clearly it was a typo. No one in their right mind should expect a promo like that to run for very long.

They used to run that year round.

It has the same carrier formula and nothing added (none of the products use guaiacol).

Here is the information from the source's website ("Invocations" section under the title "What You Should Know About Our Products?" point number 5):

"5. Grape seed oil is used as the carrier in all our vials. We also use 5 to 10% pharmaceutical grade ethyl oleate in our oils. As a result, injections are not painful and don`t cause big lumps, etc.
(attention should be paid only with high concentrated oils 450-600 mg/ml! as these may cause irritation to less experienced users)"

I think i understand what you are describing. That the threshold to meet the promo criteria is required to be met while you have your cart discounts instead of the non-discounted price; this cuases you to need to add more products to reach that level. But then, because promo and discounts do not stack, your discounts are removed.

I am just a long-time customer turned consultant/"rep" and have no special access to the website or ability/authority to access orders or accounts etc. (all for good reason as the source protects your privacy) so I only can see what you or any other customer can see. I am not able to look into this further myself.
I just sent Frank (@Pharmacom Labs ) a message to let him know about your concern. It is the weekend now so it is not likely he or any techincal staff will be around for a couple days. If i do not hear back from him or see him post here, I will reach-out to him again on Monday.

My appology if this is not enough help but it si teh best I can do with the limitted access / authorty I have. I just sent Frank a massage and will follow-up Monday to try again.

They fixed it. It was a programming error. I had more than enough for the promos. The site just wasn't adding the product when selected.

But, it's a moot point because they fixed it.

Man that’s a risk tho right ? $700 on an international order. I’d have to request that my package be split up in to several packages so maybe everything I order doesn’t get seized and I’ll recieve most of it know what I mean. They’d probably charge the shit out of you tho for shipping but it would be worth it for them to pay the shipping because most of your stuff would make it to you and they wouldn’t have to reship and lose that profit. Idk I just rambled for a minute. That’s a hell of a deal for pharmacom if you knew you’d get your package. They don’t reship promo gear tho right ? If you shit got seized they’d only reship what you paid for I think right ?

I placed an order. Just had to buy a bit more. Just giving a heads up for others that they have to add a bit more for the bonus screen to pop up.

You know, I didn't mind it terribly- the ethyl oleate mellows it a bit (your mileage my vary and some people have an EO allergy). There is pip though. I've found that mixing it in the syringe with another oil mellows it out even more.
