Yeah they should it's good business it doesn't matter what they are selling if you go out to eat and buy a steak and you get a salad then you expect them to bend over backwards and fix it rite. Come on bro.

I just ordered from, us.basicstero.com, and I'm extremely displeased. Hopefully someone can either help me, or tell me if this is normal for a source to do. I give my word to follow up if this gets resolved properly, but I'm posting this so you guys know what kind of company and distributors you're dealing with if it doesn't.

My order arrived yesterday. I ordered 4 Test PH, 5 NPP, and 1 Test E. Instead, I got 4 Test PH, 5 Test Prop, and 1 Test E.

I emailed them, because of course, I want my damn NPP. They asked me to mail them back the Test Prop I received because of their mistake!

I am extremely uncomfortable doing that. Basically, I'd be taking the risk of trafficking so that they could make a few extra bucks. Ordering for personal use is one thing, but I do not feel comfortable putting product through the mail system myself. I could see if it was a high dollar piece of electronics, or maybe, you know, just about anything else that is legal.

This cannot be normal, and it's not right to even ask your customers politely if it would "be possible for you to send the 5 extra Test P vials" back. Quite frankly, it's highly unprofessional. I'm not a thief or a freeloader, so please don't think I'm just trying to get free product.

WTF send it back? No no no that's a bad idea. I have had order mix ups in the past. Never once did I have to send things back. Different source but still they just sent me what was missing later. They made the mistake they should have to eat it. What is this shit amazon or something?
 
I disagree. When I first joined here unaware this wasn't a good place to get gear and I was just looking to score some gear I thought every single post was useful. I read like 800 pages of biologic and 800 pages of herc. If someone doesn't have time to do it they don't shit like I do- so you aren't eating enough.

How is the sources way of handling problems and how they publicly address customers not relevant? I cannot think of anything more important than every single concern customers have and how the drug dealer reacts to it on stage.

A sources way of handling problems is absolutely relevant. I should have been a little clearer in my original post, I just don't think people need to do post after post detailing the current status of their order. Handle that stuff via PM. Once the deal is done or there are problems which you feel the source isn't willing to work with you on then by all means report the details.

As far as people reporting they received a pack, I still see no need for that unless something was screwed up with their order. Doing this seems to get interpreted by many of the noobs to mean the source is somehow gtg before the customer has even tried the product.

Serious? You can't compare food with steroids or any other physical product. Any normal business would have you send the product back to get the correct one shipped to you. That's how I've had to do it when I've gotten the wrong product.

I would not send it back for the reasons you said. It was there mistake that should make right. If they don't then I would not order from them again. I would pm Frank and see what he says. It is not your fault they sent wrong gear. I know Frank can see what you order. It should be open and shut case. Good luck

I explain what happened: payment for this order has been confirmed pretty late due to the difference in time zones between the shipping place and payment receiver place. I can not disclose all details, but in fact after our shipper received payment confirmation, he had only several minutes left to prepare the parcel. Being in a hurry he mixed up vials and put test p instead of npp. After this request came to our email, he tried to solve this issue solely to avoid punishment for his failure. And it came nothing smarter to his mind as to ask what he asked...
Of course this is unacceptable and nothing has to be shipped, we take all expenses, this is absolutely our guilt. Generally speaking we have already had about 3 cases, when wrong vials were sent. I don`t hide it. A human factor. But customers always kept vials shipped by mistake and we shipped missing items with a new parcel. This time... things are obvious, our guy fucked up and tried to save his profit.
In fact this mix-up has been done from the best of motives. I mean guys wanted not to lose 2 days (weekend now) and deliver ordered items as soon as possibly. Hasty climbers have sudden falls...
As I said, nothing has to be sent back.

Seriously Amazon sent me the wrong cordless drill and they resent it for free and let me keep the other one. What are you from a Third World country.

Thank you for fixing this. I think it's good this was done on the board, for all to see. Without riding the dick too hard, everyone will now be able to see how you properly handled the situation and know what went wrong. Now they have data to make an informed decision.

I'll be honest, I was very taken aback that a distributor would offer a return shipping address to a first time buyer, in addition to asking me to send product back. What if I had complied willingly like a moron, and my package broke open in the post office or in a mail truck? We would both be fucked.

I understand you are saying that this was just a one time errant request from someone being careless and greedy.

I spoke with this guy and he told he was going to ask you to send from a fake address and fake name. His explanation was sort of if you do it only once and with fake name it is not risky for you, all risk takes receiver, but he had a way how to handle this.
However we never involve our customers into risk. I sent a warning message to all our employees, this will not happen again.
Also, it is your decision, how ho handle this situation, I personally think if a person admits here in public he ordered gear (does not matter in which store) he puts himself under risk. Theoretically. Ip addresses, mac addresses, some other ties... you can never be sure.However this is up to you.

Yes you're right about admitting to purchasing gear. I just look at the reality and where the majority of the risk comes from, and quite frankly there is virtually none for personal use unless you are blatantly stupid as a consumer. If someone wants to track my IP because I bought some gear for personal use, then fuck it. Maybe I'm browsing from behind a VPN or on Tor. Maybe all my information is fake and I use encrypted email. Maybe we're in the Matrix. I understand the risks of use, but that scenario is laughably unlikely, as the amount of work would be immense and the burden of proof too great on any prosecutor.

However, like you said about not involving customers in risk, that is why we pay your prices. You charge the premium because you take all the risk. We shouldn't ever have to take any more risk than providing you a real name, and that is what we pay for. I could order raws and do it myself, but then the risk rises exponentially. It is clear to me you understand that.

1. That was not a formal apology or shipping carrier information.

2. At the time of the post Frank "Mailin, Wednesday at 4:11" - No tracking was given. I PMd you on Monday, asking for tracking also, no response.

I received an email yesterday "Thu, Jul 16, 2015 at 1:11 PM", given a tracking number that I could not confirm, since no carrier was provided. (as stated in my previous message)

When I receive my package, and I get shit tested (hence the 5th vial of my order), I will then GLADLY say all the good and all the bad. No good deed will be forgotten.

3. Disclaimer: You do NOT need to reply to this (unless apologizing or providing me carrier information for tracking), because an explanation is not needed nor wanted. All I care about is my order being in the mail, and me getting on my cycle.
