How would they know what items it was used for? maybe I order toys for kids or video games etc; without that info they have nothing.

If you read the link in my other post it says theyre sending out emails about using it for illegal activity. If they feel youre doing something wrong they can cancel your account. Just like WU. They dont have to gave too much evidence.
