What's an update on your SLU dosing protocol?
Just chilling at 100mg per day now and probably for the foreseeable future. May bump up to 200mg if I get serious about a cut and dial things in.

Dose 2x per day. Once early AM upon waking with all peptides, GH, morning pills.

Then another dose usually after post workout meal. Both doses consumed in about an 8 hour period.

For me its between dumbell chest press on straight bench or legpress.

Dumbell press cause i love it, nice slow down movement with max stretch and pause at bottom

Legpress is spirited excercise for me, cant squat cause of bad knees but they are okay with legpress. Currently on my way to 275 and 300kg, did 200kg 38x and 250kg 22x.
Love leg days in general but legs are my strongest part, they almost dont need training as they are big without it but cant help myself.

All the glute machines that are better than barbell hip thrusts.

Reverse hack squats that are like good mornings but on a machine. Feels safer than doing good mornings with a barbell.

And a plate-loaded hip thruster that straps a comfortable belt across your midsection. Easier set up and more convenient.

I wish to use a pullover machine in my lifetime, since watching “the shadow” in blood and guts, I am fascinated with machines of that sort.
Likewise. I train at home & haven’t stepped foot in a commercial gym in over 25 years, so have never had the opportunity to try one & there’s no free weight or cable alternative that’s quite close enough for me.

It would be a rare gym that even has one

Best I can tell there was no hack squat machine in the whole SF Bay Area, my local gym just got one and presently I can hardly walk and my back isn’t sore, so that’s great.

What company made the one you’re using? How is it?

I use real leader on a regular basis, and it’s good but I’ve used other brands as well and I prefer nautilus/star trac.

Using dumbbells with a nice tempo and long ROM + pause can be a great alternative imo,. it’s a bit less comfortable but man are DB pullovers overlooked in terms of really isolating and hitting the target muscle .

From what I’ve watched on videos, the nautilus looks awesome. I am bugging my gym owner to get one, also telling him his lats are nonexistent jokingly to expedite the process lol.

We just got one at the PF next to my house in SC. I’m coming off of CTS surgery so I have to focus on leg right now.

That's the gym in question. There is apparently a demand they're noticing for more strength training equipment vs. the acres of cardio stuff they have. They committed to putting a hack squat, a plate loaded bench machine, and a sitting calf raise machine in all their gyms. Of those, the hack squat is the only one worth a damn.
