I'm running 450mgs a week of pharmas app and still have some pain in elbows guess I'll take to 500mgs+ see if thst helps. Thanks @DeadFlex

No problem. What week are you on? I have pretty bad shoulder issues from flat benching wrong for years when I was first starting out, but I have been having no issues at all with this NPP in my system and doing proper rotator cuff warm ups with 15 lb. dumbbells when I start my workouts. Granted I don't flat bench anymore, just incline bench with db's and decline bench for me.

@wha7,

No, thats not stupid. Yes, its totally anonymous. Thats (one of) the best things about BTC, in my opinion.

Do yourself a favor, go over to www.coinbase.com create an account and start purchasing small amounts of bitcoin whenever you have extra funds. By year 2020 you will have decupled your money :)

Anyway, im not familiar with bitcoin ATM's and im guessing not many people stateside are either so you'll have to navigate that the best you can. Keep in mind, the price of BTC changes daily so double check the index before you make the purchase. You can do that here: Bitcoin Price Index - Real-time Bitcoin Price Charts (make sure you select Euro) or just google "btc index euro".

Hope that helps.
Thanks for the info...this really helps.

What do you do for rotator cuff warmup? Curious, I use some 15 lb dumbbells as well to warm up mine, but its basically some db flies in both forward and rear positions and I feel like it probably hits my delts more than rc

Those are the two big ones I do. The last one I let my elbow rest on a shoulder press bench while I do the movement. Really helps to get my shoulders and rotator cuffs warmed up before heavy exercises.

Can anyone give me some feedback in the pharmacom var, possibly the dosage they ran, seeing a lot if different things in other forums about taking high doses just to see result, veteran feedback would be nice

Why not check on the wonderful Anaboliclab.com if pharmacom var is on there and if you are lucky you may find real data and analysis on a recent batch ;)

you are a joke no military man would openly put down another man serving his military,
Hey boss . I was in the Marines for 12 years . Did 5 deployments and seen a lot ppl come and go. And for the record . We had to train the British military how to do everything . Especially the special ops that I ran . And now take in to consider there were some talented solders. But they always fucked us Americans cause the couldn't follow orders. And ended up getting there fucking head blown off. And gave away our cover behind enemy lines. And it got to the point to where we refused to do any special ops with any other countries military . And when push come to shove the brits were the first military to pull out cause there government was scared that 9-11 attack was gonna happen to there country. That when using Americans began to train Iraqi soldiers who still struggle to keep there country safe. And guess what yrs after the brits pulled out they tried to kiss and make up with Syrian government and the shit backfired on them . And now Isis attacked there country . Because they continued to let through refugees from Syria into there country and did absolutely no Intel on any of the Refugees . And I get irritated with these attacks . Because my platoon and I risked our lives for 5 1/2 years and absolutely nothing got accomplished other than 1000's and 1000's of blood baths . So yes I have issues with the way it all went down . And until you stand beside one of your brothers holding there fucking brains in there head so they can die as pieceful as possible. Please note your place and stand down civilian !!!

This read was very informative and good. Right up until the last sentence. Yes, you have an unfortunately unique frame of reference to speak from. We are all thankful that we have citizens that are willing to accept such unimaginable missions. That being said, this is a forum for anabolic discussion. Ironwill is making a valid point. Could he have said it differently, sure. Your obviously not a joke. You have a legitimate beef with the British military. I would feel the same for sure. I just believe that it shouldn't be discussed here really. It's way too sensitive a subject. I respect you, I hope you respect us civilians.

ikr like I couldn't join yesterday if I wanted to. Smarter than that, given the countries political climate and foreign policies (for the last 12yrs). thanks for your service though. my father is lieutenant commander, U.S. Navy Ret.

How is it you retired with 3 deployments last year and now you have 5? Did you do 2 more deployments in the last year as a civilian?

I like you @Mechanics, but I dont like people using their service as a means to put others down and I dont like people lying about their service.
