My understanding is that it's a Chinese holiday right now. Some delays are to be expected regardless I assume.
That's why Frank was running this promo because he didn't even know about this holiday so to make up for packs not being delivered through the 5th. He's running this other promo to make up for the delay because of the holiday, but obviously we just heard the Web developers didnot work the kinks out.

As I understand it, the promotions do not stack since you could get $1400 worth of gear for about $400. Pick one promotion or the other.

So, all pms replied. 2 things.
1. We lowered prices in our EU warehouse. This is not a promo, those prices will be valid within next several months at least. 3-5$ for each item was cut. Some items are cheaper now up to 7$.
2. Promo in our international warehouse is finally launched. It will be valid from today until 20th of May.
if you place an order and pay through any pament way (WU,MG,bitcoin), you get:
