You can see from the first pic that the lyophilized powder is not yet completely reconstituted. He clearly just added the BAC water right before taking the first picture.

Ok, when will you get back to him about this issue?

Just saying I never seen this before isn't the solution to the problem. Maybe this is an outlier but a sense of urgency needs to happen when a fuzzy matter is in a vial of gear.
