It sounds like they are doing a reship service. Instead of shipping from a domestic warehouse. That should be explained a little better if you ask me. A tad misleading. Don’t get me wrong they do have good products though.

Correct first they come and get stored in USA warehouse then we add on website what is in stock

Still misleading you should list what's already at the USA wharehouse like pharmacom does .People should know if it's already stocked USA or they are going to have to wait longer
