40mgs in the morning and 30mgs two hours before workout. I always dissolve orals under the tongue to avoid the first liver pass. It has a longer half life then most orals so you can probably get away with just taking one big dose in the morning. I have the may 2020 batch it's the only one I haven't seen jano's on but it is definitely dosed correctly.
