Delay could be during of our vacations, if we are taking orders and they are shipped after them. 99% of all orders are delivered in 3 weeks - USA, usually 8 -16 days, depending which state. So if you ordered during our vacation, could be 6 weeks. But all customers who ordered in our vacation time are noticed about it.

To provide balance ........my experience ....Six orders in total (all this year)

Three delivered in 5 days (ordered Monday arrived Friday)
Two delivered in 7 days
One delivered in 18 days (was during the pause for enhanced customs checks)

I have never had any product missing or damaged although some published freebies were not included in two orders which was a bit annoying, I never bothered to chase as they were freebies ...but I guess that was my choice.
