Your statement about the test e only being 10% over as the only thing that has gone wrong with this lab. Obviously math is not your strong suite like kissing up to source is. It was 20%+ . And you need to reread this thread for the numerous issues that have gone on. You happened to cherry pick 1 and skew the facts. How convenient of you.

Maybe you should step out and wave your "harm reduction" banner at one of the other sources here as well. Perhaps the one with multiple complaints of pip, and test e dosed 60mg too high because he accidentally added another 10% because he wasnt paying attention.

Don't forget, you were also the one in the r & r thread who said "I like the way you run your biz, thinking of placing an order". Funny, you made that statement with only cheers of vials of something touching down, no testing being done. Looks like he did a fine job of "running his biz" didnt he? Made some pretty good money here.[emoji848]

Yet another assumption. You ain’t Ms Cleo and don’t know wtf you’re talking about. I haven’t been lean for summer do to a lack of discipline when it comes to food and sweets. Now that I’m getting my shit together diet wise, adding gh next year would probably help with the process.

He does a lot of things accidentally. That's one quality I dont want in my source. But if you want to defend a source who accidentally brews things wrong and then refuses to improve and denies his error, then by all means pick that losing horse.

Man, I thought I was pretty fair in getting sources. What source do you think I should be getting more? From what I see I'm getting the shittiest one right now. And yes that's harm reduction. Most of the other sources take constructive criticism and or try to progress their business.

I can read just fine. You stated I haven’t been lean due to running POS gear and that I need to use another source when in fact it was due to my diet.

I feel you on that bro. Diet is crucial. Things like Tren, you can kind of get away with it bc for me I can literally eat anything and stay fairly ripped. Tren also makes me crave carbs like a motherfucker at night. However, if you really want to take it to the next level you gotta eat clean - this is the hardest part. Also why you see so many guys at the gym that are big and can push up alot of weight (obviously on juice) but look like shit. A few years ago I did an anavar only cycle for 10 weeks at 100mg/day - kind of an experiment since most ppl say you have to run test with it. In any case, I ate cleaner than probably any other time in my life. By the end of if I was around 210-215(under 10%bf), dropped down from 230-235. Since then, I haven't quite been able to regain that discipline as far as diet. I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for springtime though since I've put on alot of muscle mass since then. I want to see how lean I can get once again. It just goes to show you that all the gear in the world wont give that kind of look without a really clean diet.

I hear you on that one . I do think as I got older the two biggest body changes have been linked to diet & recovery.

As I’ve moved into my fourties and now fifties its become easier and easier to put on body fat and harder and harder to lose it ( metabolism etc ) and recovery takes longer and longer.

Training now is all about “not getting injured “ rather than maxing out.

A back twinge in your fifties takes you out of the gym for twelve weeks whereas the guys in their twenties take two ibuprofen and a coffee for the same injury . Such is life !

Strength and endurance do drop off - but not to the same extent

If you want to get really lean, have a clean diet and stop running POS mystery gear. It's amazing the results you can have when you know and control exactly what is going into your body. A lot of solid sources on this board POS not being one of them.

Well stated. My issue is that I'm 38 & still think I'm in my twenties in my mind lol. I'm wearing knee sleeves doing squats, elbow brace, etc. I definitely feel things way more than I use to. Gotta give it to you though, being in your 50's and still going at it, is an accomplishment in itself!
