I feel you on that bro. Diet is crucial. Things like Tren, you can kind of get away with it bc for me I can literally eat anything and stay fairly ripped. Tren also makes me crave carbs like a motherfucker at night. However, if you really want to take it to the next level you gotta eat clean - this is the hardest part. Also why you see so many guys at the gym that are big and can push up alot of weight (obviously on juice) but look like shit. A few years ago I did an anavar only cycle for 10 weeks at 100mg/day - kind of an experiment since most ppl say you have to run test with it. In any case, I ate cleaner than probably any other time in my life. By the end of if I was around 210-215(under 10%bf), dropped down from 230-235. Since then, I haven't quite been able to regain that discipline as far as diet. I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for springtime though since I've put on alot of muscle mass since then. I want to see how lean I can get once again. It just goes to show you that all the gear in the world wont give that kind of look without a really clean diet.
