I did something dumb - ripped the label off a bag and now I can't tell whether the pills are salbutamol or anavar - exact same size, look and I don't have a microgramm scale around - do they weigh they same with filler included? difference in taste perhaps due to filler? any easy way to tell the difference (I don't feel the effect of either strongly)?

you should be able to feel the salbutamol. Try taking a bit more than a normal dose and you should feel it.

I've taken 20mg at most and felt nothing, what effects would I be looking for? having finished 100 x 5mg now, I can't say I've noticed anything.

Maybe you have a high tolerance for it. My wife took pharma clen and didn’t get anything out of it whereas 5mg ug albuterol has her a little shaky.

This seemed like a good suggestion until I checked closed bags of each and they've exactly the same colour of ashiness/whiteness on the plastic, haha
