You're going to have to dial that in yourself, my man. Everybody reacts differently to each compound and each dosage, and then especially when you're stacking compounds, it gets even more individualized.
Ideally, blood work will tell you where you are at and what adjustments need to be made. If you're not doing bloods, then your going to have to go by symptoms.
FWIW, 0.5 mg ed of arimidex on what you are running would be too much for me, but again, each of us react differently.

Oil is thick but definitely is working. Little soreness but not crippling at all

Try warming it up a little. I ran his old batch of primo 200 and didn’t get any pip after warming it up to pin. That sesame oil is thick af.
I appreciate the response man, and I hear you on the bloods/dose I'm running, etc.. But the nip sensitivity/little lump is there, which is why I feel it has to be the estro. I got a bunch of the wockhardt adex and now I'm kinda like fuck LOL..
Also, now I'm a little weary as I can't be on this dose forever or I'm gonna run a bunch of my nolva, so when scaling back down dunno if to do 1mg adex eod..

I had a lump running dbol and 20mg nolva and upping my ai knocked it out in a few weeks if I remember right.
Which is where I'm at, I upped the adex to .5mg each day and running nolva at 20mg a day as well. I can't run it like that the rest of the cycle, so when I drop the nolva then what???? I'm a little hesitant dosage-wise with the adex I have, with aromasin I had no issues last run. Guess we'll see!
took 1/2 pill pre-workout with dmaa, sal, coffee. Off the chart up feeling and 100% focus and drive. Moving my whole rack around like a toy. This stuff is intense and good, I can tell there is gonna be a crash later we'll see. Good shit. Happy saturday

I prefer aromasin over adex as well. I took the nolva for a week or 2 after the lump went away and I don’t run aromatizing compounds anymore besides a 200mg hrt dose. Only flare up I had was with tren and b6 knocked it out but it was due to prolactin.
Which is another thing, could it be progesterone related? Other than the leaky nips ppl complain about I never see ppl post any other symptoms/sides. I have caber, but I read the whole heart valve thing so I really rather not run it....
