You can get stronger and still do cardio. Not doing cardio for weeks doesn't sound like the path to an elite physique.

also right now i’m only on my trt test U around 150mg per week nothing else . stopped the hgh clen t3 insulin all that stuff.
What does your training regimen look like? Could you break it down and post it up here.
