Possible to build muscle on 1000 calories / day? I think so.

nearly 2 months in and minimal progress

This is what happens when you rush things but we all know you wont change OP. History has shown it.

your attitude and everything is pathetic when we were all trying to help you. if you ate 1k calories a day you should have dropped a shitload of weight but you like your snackies too much.
it’s not over yet my boi. just a bump in the road that shall be documented for science . atleast i’m being honest .
 
Just stop being a dummy and listen to sound advice !
You wont regret it and in time you will help out a new dummy that comes in here with the same shitty attitude.
You are not the first you know….
Stop eating shit foods and you will feel better and that will motivate you .
Start training hard and you will see results so that will motivate you even more .
Its not rocket science you just have to start making the right choices .
And no you wont die if you stop eating the snackies, even if it feels like it the first month .
