I waited till my bloods dipped down to 300 before i started pct which was approximately 3 weeks after last shot.

If you have bloodwork to verify your TT levels were below 300ng/dl then you started PCT at the right time.

Wait until you're 4-6wks since stopping the SERMs. Then do bloods. You might need another pct, you might be fine, you might need to consider TRT.

Well you guys were right. Now I'm at a complete loss.
Tt: 300
LH: 4.5
FSH: 1.9
Estro: Crashed

Whats all this mean? How are my numbers the same as when I started pct? My clomid and torem were bunk? Hard to believe because same shot I always use and my balls swole back out and felt pretty good while on.

Is it even worth trying pct again with another source?The only hope I see is to just start self administered trt since my urologist told me I have to be under 240 to receive trt from them because insurance won't cover it.

You started 16 days after your last shot. I don't see you ready for pct at that point.

I would have definitely waited 21 days and have the test under 300.

What does estro crashed mean? At zero? If so were you running Arimidex when you got bloods?

It was three weeks after last pin and I got bloods drawn and I was at a 289. Did 4 weeks of standard pct and now I'm at same exact levels. Nothing changed. Its like literally identical to pre pct bloods.No elevated LH or fsh so I guess its safe to say my pct was bunk. I mean there's no way I all of a sudden became primary and didn't respond to clomid or the torem. So now my debate is hit up pharmacist and get legit clomid and try again or just suck it up and trt.

That's 16 days not 3 weeks.
Post your actual blood work please. Both pre PCT and Current blood work.
Actually your LH is in normal range and so is your FSH barely.

Lol your thinking of the date to much. 2.5 or 3 it's all irrelevant considering I got bloods to show levels had dropped.

Precycle bloods from 1 year ago are as follows.
TT 832
LH: 5.8
FSH: 2.7
Pre pct bloods were as follows.
TT 289
Lh: 1.8
Fsh: 1.1

Today's results are as follows.
TT 301
Lh: 4.5
Fsh: 1.9

Your LH and FSH seem fine and have recovered. It's your testes not responding well to LH. Wait another week or two and do another round of bloods bc the adex could still be affecting the results.

You might consider HCG with another PCT if the next set of bloods doesn't show good progress.

Shouldn't my LH still be well above 4 considering I just came off pct? I just ordered some pharma grade nolva and clomid. Ima run it for 6 weeks not 4 and get bloods at end of 6 weeks just to see how well I'm responding to pct rather than waiting for seems to clear.

Well you said you finished PCT 3wks ago so it's possible it's metabolized out by now.

Get HCG as well.

Doesn't HCG basically act as LH? If so wouldn't clomid and nolva ran longer than 4 weeks be just as efficient.

Yes HCG is a LH analog but it's used to jump start the testes. Think of it like booster cables for your nuts while clomid and nolva are trickle chargers.

Plus, the HCG will help you determine the responsiveness of your nuts if you do bloods while using it. 1000-1500iu EOD I think is what Dr. Scally recommends but I have to double check that.

After all this I can only assume my previous pct was just bunk. No way 4 weeks of clomid and torem didn't raise my test at all. I'm guessing after 6 weeks of pharma grade clomid and nolva I should be back at normal levels or higher. But if I test right at end of pct I should see something along the lines of a LH>10 and a FSH>5 if the serms are working right?

Why do you think you need to be well over 5.0. You weren't well over 5.0 before you started your cycle.

You were probably recovering fine. Got all freak out about your dick and then started tossing drugs into the mix and messed up your recovery.

Ive seen people bloods directly after pct and their lh values are off the charts. Thats where im getting that mine should only go up from 4.5 if second pct works. I just ordered some pharma grade pct and will redo pct and retest bloods at end of pct not 4 weeks after to access if I responded to the 2nd pct. If bloods arnt good we'll then trt for me. Thank both of y'all for the advice and quick responses and I'll check back in in roughly 2 months with some fresh bloods.

Why do you think your LH and FSH would be in the 10 and 5 range when it was only 5.8 and 2.7 pre cycle? That's what is confusing.

And your LH dropped most likely from the Arimidex on your recent blood work.

Before you start another PCT stop all drugs and get bloods in a few weeks. Then reassess.
