I haven't tried pm dosing but am dosing has been working great. No lethargy during the day post injection and sleeping well at night.

Am dosing for those getting insomnia from hgh usually don’t get the lethargy impact in the am. I tend to think the most important timing for hgh is if it keeps you up for it am, if it makes you sleep do it pm. Everything else is minutia.

This is on the 2 iu nightly. Was considering bumping to 3 iu as I'm having no negative but getting too close to that 2.5 Z score there. I guess I could mix a third iu EOD or something.
