Yes. 2iu per night but it is paradoxically causing insomnia
Am dosing for those getting insomnia from hgh usually don’t get the lethargy impact in the am. I tend to think the most important timing for hgh is if it keeps you up for it am, if it makes you sleep do it pm. Everything else is minutia.

165 on TRT
195 on TRT + 2iu Opti Greys
209 on TRT + 3iu Opti Greys
159 on TRT + 2.2iu Opti Blues - 7/2025
139 on TRT (No HGH) - 11/2025
192 on TRT + 2.5iu Opti Blues - 1/2026

Going to add .25iu every 2-3 weeks.
