pre workout stims

Do you guys use any stimulants before your workout. I know some use caffeine and ephedrine or clenbuterol. Do any of you use DMAA or PEA. or any nootropics like piracetam or aniracetam?

Also DMAA is banned by feds but Nutri vita shop sells it. Has anyone tried purchasing it?
 
heard theirs was amazing. always do preworkout before lifts sice i do a lot of lavoring activities throghout the day
 
I have build a sensitivity to caffiene so had to shut down all pre workouts and coffee in general other then once a day which is typically mornings to help me get off. My workout efficiency had improved too since I've let go if ore workout stimulants. I used to have such a dependency on them that I wouldn't workout without any and would even have to time my metabolism to correspondence with my workout. Total psycho but I was an extremist younger days when starting to lift. Now that I care less of a fuck it's when I've made my best gains.
 
Sorry! I DO NOT use any pre-workout supplements. I don't drink caffeine either.

Call me crazy.

I know a lot do and they can probably give you some good feedback.

you might try a combo of 1500 mg l-tyrosine and 10mg of vinpocetine about 30 min before ur workout.

tyrosine is a precursor to dopamine and vinpocetine is a vasodialator and used for mental clarity. be careful with the vinpocetine tho, too much can leave u feeling light headed

Some claim cialis or viagra, as vasodilators, bring oxygen to your muscles & extra energy to your workouts. All I know is stubborn fucking willpower.

your body will build a tolerance to stimulates. I like to take BCAA's, AAKG, Beta Alanine, and Glutamine. I thought it was a great pre workout combo. I wouldn't get the lactic acid burn.
 
Good music works the best for me, if you are on a cycle the CNS stimulation from the gear will be enough and stims won't affect you the same way.
 
agree w/ huckingfuge. cant go wrong with any of those. i like beta alanine especially cuz of the onset, it lets me know everything is kicking in and ready to go first 48 on the weight room. 'purepump' would be my pre-workout recommendation. all natural, no artificial colors or stimulants. if you like feeling stimmed out then try NO extreme N-zero.
