The one I use with great results is a simple caffeine pill @200mg. It seems to do the trick for me since in my everyday life I drink close to 0 coffees and I haven't built any tolerance to caffeine. That's what I recommend to most since the effects that you feel in any PWO supplement are most likely due to caffeine. I decided to use Beta-Alanine since the scientific literature supports it, so why not?
I enjoy pump pre workouts with very little caffeine. Especially since caffeine is a vasoconstrictor and can raise cortisol.
Those mega stim pre workouts I don’t know how people can handle. I’ve seen some with around 650mg of several different caffeine’s. I’ll pass lol.
