Is smoooooth...its the only way I can describe it. Great for bridging or "extending" a cycle with minimal sides. I've used it several times with great results...

Hmmmm...have a 20ml of RSOC 200mg per ml Primo right here in front of me...

either will work fine for what you're after. primo @ 400-600mg/wk. var @ 40-50mg/ED.

400mg a week for a cycle...

Just too damn expensive to run any heavier...
