The question remains the same. When a customer’s test comes back underdosed. What do you intend to do about it?
And what is YOUR definition of “underdosed” so our members are clear on where you want to draw the line Mr. semantics.
Pharma quality standards is pretty strict my friend. 5% or so I believe? You truly intend on reimbursing the expensive test AND the entire customer’s order of the same product if it is not within 5% of correct dosing?
