Your facts are kind of wrong, the greatest economy in the world is the European Union, the greatest economy in the world in a single country is that of China. You can debate which is the greatest military in the world also considering the close geographical positioning of Russia and China. USA is the greatest in geopolitical aspect which is by itself something to respect also and that is in big regard cause of NATO which is not USA only but again reinforced by Europe

This is actually a really intelligent response, but I will say one thing that the US did right... some of the most valuable products in the world like oil and steel, are traded and valued in USD.

It's ironic cause when the system was established, it knowingly made it so that the US dollar technically couldn't fail, without a global shift in currency. And while this COULD happen, we all know it won't happen in our lifetime and probably the next either
