Hey all, I'm trying to become an amateur endo-enthusiast (seems like this lifestyle almost forces a lot of learning about the endo-system). Clearly I still have a lot to learn.
I came across this article postulating the importance of Progesterone in both muscle mass (building) and estrogen reduction.
http://chestsculpting.com/progesterone-for-men-the-missing-link-in-man-boob-reduction/
I figured someone here will be smart on this topic (if not many). Certainly more than I.
Two part question -
1.) Has anyone else come across similar, validating research (or even anecdotal experience)?
2.) Should I/we look into increasing our Progesterone (supplement) from an exogenous method as we all do with Testosterone? (to amp our gains, and cut our tits)
Given the body's love for feedback loops / homeostasis, I can guess that supplementing Progesterone could decrease internal production (and do god knows what else).
Thanks!
