Yes yes it did:oops:. But it's still true. I've said alot of fucked up shit that most people couldn't get by with. Just all depends on the way you say it. People skills :p I'd go up in there tell em your thinking about joining ask for a trial week befriend some one that Olympic lifts and learn what you need:D
 
If it was cheap and I didn't have to do WODs every time I came in I'd join for the convenience of it being two minutes from my work.

I thought about joining the one in my town when my gym closed but it was like over $100 a month snd they only did open gym twice a week where you can just do what you want.

I'm just not sure if I by into the insane rep shit they do...sure the human body can adapt and do some amazing shit but it can also break ;)

I'd consider them cardio days. I kinda want to try it just to see how I compare to average Crossfitters having no experience with Crossfit myself.

Watching the guys in my gym do it puts me off of it. Now the elite dudes at the Crossfit games no way in hell they train like that.
 
Good little last deload workout today

1.squat 5x5 225lb
2.bench 5x5 185lb
3.deadlift 1x5 315lb
4.single leg leg press 2x16 plate per side
5.bent over rows overhand grip 2x12 135lb
6.pec deck 2x12 150lb
7.bent over rear laterals 2x8 30lb

Good workout. Definitely feeling strong, 315 on deads moved reeeeaaalllly fast compared to a couple months ago, moves like 225 did when i started.

Ugh so super cringey gym story. So these 2 kids come in probably 19-21 and the one of em is just juiced to the gills. Fairly big, but just goin bald you tell and absolutely covered in acne, do i even need to tell you that he was wearing a stringer and beats headphones? Anyways, so him and his friend move all the benches in the dumbbell area to the sides so they can set up and do deadlifts right there. Pretty strong, he was pulling sumo and using straps but he pulled like 5 plates but just what youd expect. Lotta yelling and slamming weights, throwing the belt across the room after each set, typical shit. Anyways so i seen him pull like 545 for a double and i was walkin past and just trying to be nice so i say "hey, good pull man" and he says to me, and i shit you not, he actually days this "yeah im about to toss on some more if you wanna watch"

My response "haha....yeaaaaaahno"

Ugh that was the douchiest thing i have ever heard in my fucking life lol

Well tomorrows the big day, get to start the next leg of the program and start touchin some weights again. Im what the kids refer to as "hella amped" and i think its going to be "totally lit, fam" :D:D
