It is hard though. Especially when cutting. Everyone thinks its hard to get up and go train, but for people like us thats easy. Most of us enjoy it. But the kitchen, and not eating everything you want, thats where the real work comes in.

Yeah i hear you on that, training isnt even an issue thats fun.

There are definitely days where i want to say fuck it and fold 3 cheeseburgers up in an extra large pizza and just eat it like some sort of pizburgorrito, but for the most part i actually enjoy the calorie counting and keeping track of everything, it gives me a sense of having some sort of structure in my life haha

1.skwaats 5x5 245lb
2.flat bench 5x5 205lb
3.deadlift 3x5 350lb
4.behind the neck press 4x6 95lb
5.shrugz 3x10 225lb 2x20 135lb
6.tri pushdown 3x12 150lv
7.seated calf raise pyramid to 4 plates 20 reps 15 reps 12 reps 10 reps

I may have done 6 sets on squats accidentally...there was a chubby chick in yoga pants doing stupid shit on the smith machine and my eyes kept accidentally getting drawn to dat ass and i lost count of my sets :( hahaha

Those deadlifts were really hard on my hands using a minimal amount of chalk so as not to freighten anyone and get tattled on again, but i got em did.

On my 4th set of bench my foot slipped and i lost my tightness and knew i wasnt going to get my last rep so i just racked it, but i got 5 on the last set and the first 3. Really trying to work on getting my form set good on bench cuz thats one of the things that is limiting my progress on that i think so will definitely keep pluggin away at that.

Other than that great workout.

Weight was at 270 even ao thats down 1.2lbs from last week. The bear made some adjustments for me to try and drop two more on this last week before i deload.

Congratz 8 weeks not a single squat failure that's something for sure my man. Also 5x5 on flat bench with a weight only 10lb away from what you failed a 8x3 that's good shit right there

Thank ya man, pretty confident about hitting all the squats this week barring a catastrophe, but squats are always my first movement so it makes sense, fresh and ready to go and the preworkout is just starting to peak st crack addict levels hahahah.

Definitely curious to see what happens on heavy bench day. I think as long as i can keep my form together i can get through it, maybe not all paused but atleast hit all my reps. Heres hopin hahahah
 
Whoops almost forgot to put the macros up. Im replaying resident eviln4 5 and 6 in anticipation of the new one coming out early 2017 and i got lost in a tidal wave of nostalgia and intense fear haha.

1.powercleans 6x3 135lb
2.OHP 3x8 135lb
3.bent over row 5x5 185lb
4.assisted pullups 5x5 100lb counter
5.tri pushdown 4x9 180lb
6.incline flys 3x12 30lb
7.reear delt flys 3x12 15lb

Still keeping powercleans at 135.reeeaallly hard to get the form down, it has been a humbling experienceto say the least haha. But i cant afford a trip to snap city so untill i can perform them with the poise and grace of an olympic athlete i am probably just gonna keep it at 135. Still 6x3 even with baby weight is still a pretty darn good workout.

Did incline flys agaon because as usual the cable area was just packed with rere's. Good workout though altogether.

Got my first day off in 2 months tomorrow so i am reeeaaallllly looking forward to that. Meeting with a guy to hopefully sell that van i bought in the morning so workout will be a bit later tomorrow.

Good workout, squats were pretty hardm i would say 275 is probably about my 4-5 rep max, 3 was tough but i think i could have squeezed a couple more out for atkeast one set.

Fuck man i was doing banded deadlifts and this kid probsbly my age about 6'5 150lb walks over to me and he points at what i thought was the powerrack so i motioned "nah go for it bud" and went back to what i was doing and i look back and he is still standing there so i pop my headphones out and just go "what do you need man?" So he points again at what i realize is the sign above the powerrack that says to use a mat folded in two when doing deads or powercleans and he goes in the most timid pathetic littlest voice "can you please put a mat down" and i just shook my head and started laughing and said "nah man, im doing deadlifts, if i raise the bar 2 inches higher it doesnt really help me" so i can tell this guy is just scared shitless at this point and he starts going to say something else in his weak voice and i just cut him off and said "look, i talked to the owner and he said i dont have to use a mat as long as i put the weights down lightly" dude was just quiet for a second and then said "oh ok...no problem" and scuttled away threw the pussy pad on the smith machine and started doing calf raises

Holy crap you guys idk why but i was so fucking infuriated at this guy, just the timid way that he approached me and his posture and manner of speaking just made me sick to my stomache. Probably sound like an asshole but i just couldnt even muster up a single ounce of respect for the guy.

On an unrelated note....there is nothing wrong with stripping down in the locker room to change or go to the showers. But...its weird to stand in front of the sinks buck ass naked to shave right? Some guy was doing thag today and i thought it was just the strangest shit lol
