That was one hell of a bitchin workout today
1.skwaats 5x5 245lb
2.flat bench 5x5 205lb
3.deadlift 3x5 350lb
4.behind the neck press 4x6 95lb
5.shrugz 3x10 225lb 2x20 135lb
6.tri pushdown 3x12 150lv
7.seated calf raise pyramid to 4 plates 20 reps 15 reps 12 reps 10 reps
I may have done 6 sets on squats accidentally...there was a chubby chick in yoga pants doing stupid shit on the smith machine and my eyes kept accidentally getting drawn to dat ass and i lost count of my sets

Those deadlifts were really hard on my hands using a minimal amount of chalk so as not to freighten anyone and get tattled on again, but i got em did.
On my 4th set of bench my foot slipped and i lost my tightness and knew i wasnt going to get my last rep so i just racked it, but i got 5 on the last set and the first 3. Really trying to work on getting my form set good on bench cuz thats one of the things that is limiting my progress on that i think so will definitely keep pluggin away at that.
Other than that great workout.
Weight was at 270 even ao thats down 1.2lbs from last week. The bear made some adjustments for me to try and drop two more on this last week before i deload.
