Well gee willikers gang, how's it goin! I'm on my deload week so wont be a whole lote to report, macros gonna be the same as las week so i probably won post those everyday.
Workout today was quick and painless
1.squats 5x5 165lb did these real slow with a slight pause at the bottom just watchin my form.
2.bench 5x5 135lb slow and paused
3.deadlift 1x5 275lb
4.lunges 2x12 60lb dumbbells
5.incline flys 2x10 40lb dumbbells
And thats all she wrote yo.
On another note today was the final weigh in of the first 8 weeks of the bears program, i weighed in at 267.8 today so 2lb and some change down from last week started at about 278-280 so thats 10-12lb loss in 8 weeks while getting stronger so i mean...at this point i dont think anyone can say RT doesnt know what he's doing, this is working out better than i ever could have hoped so mad props to him.
Anyways if i can keep this up i should be right on track to be in the 250lb ballpark right around end of january like i wanted.
