1.squats 8x3 265lb
2.banded deada 10x3 225lb
3.stiff leg deads 3x6 185lb
4.straught bar curls 3x8 75lb
5.hammer curls 3x6 40lb db

Good workout everything moved well. Didnt do any extra accessories, got a bitchin headache starting like halfway through my squats so i got the mandatory stuff outta the way and got outta there.

In that ballpark. I ate that giant burrito earlier and kind of guestimated on the amount of ingredients in it so i could be a wee bit over or under.

Good workout everything moved well.

Talked to the gym owner today...everything i suggested was a no go....he's a nice enough guy, but it basically came down to the amount of casuals versus the amount of people who actually lift and where the money is coming from, which i get...dudes running a business. It is disappointing though, fucking casuals complaining about weights banging. Fuck. Fuck .fuck.fuck.

Next cloest gym is like 30 miles away, and i just dont have the time to do that even if i could. I think im going to slowly start accumulating some plates and stuff untill i have enough to do my workouts. That seems like the only viable option at this point.

So the dude that does the 1/4 squats always puts a "pussy pad" on the bar for his squats. Well today I threw that fucking pad inside a tire. Lmfao He walked around for 5 fucking mins looking for it. Lol He used the manta ray instead. He was pissed, but not pissed enough to do a full squat. Next time I'm gonna hide both and see what he does. Lol

Is it bad to use thay mantaray thing?? I use the one at my gym like 6-7 times a week.

It makes a really great stand for my phone when filming form videos from ground level :D:D:cool:
 
Well gang i got some bad news. I failed today. I failed myself, i failed all of you...but most importantly, i failed the deadlift gods.

Ok enough with the theatrics lol.

1.skwaats 5x5 245lb easy peasy

2.front skwaats 6x4 135lb im gettin pretty good at these.

3.deadlift 4x3 395lb failed third rep on first set then completed next 3 sets TNG. Not discouraged, i doubt i could have done 3x3 395 7 weeks ago even tng.

4.lat pulls3x10 140lb

5.bent over rows 5x5 135lb

6.tri pushdown 3x12 150lb

7.seated calf raise 1x20 1 plate 1x15 2 plate 1x12 3 plate 1x10 4 plate then back down the same way.

Decent workout. Squats felt especially good today was definitely hoping to make it through the eight weeks without missing any pulls but das ok doh. Still got a chance to atleast hit all my squats which im pretty confident about just got 8x3 at 275 and 5x5 at 255 next week whichim pretty confident about.
 
Heres something i can share with the class since my fave aint all up in it. One set of front squats before the gym got crowded today. These were pretty shaky at first but i think they're looking pretty clean now
