Fuckin man you guys im flying on off that workout right now, went incredible today!
1.skwaats 6x3 285lb heaviest for reps in quite some time
2.deadlifts 3x1 405lb 3x3 385lb
Was supposed to do lat pulldowns bent over rows and cardio but my coworker called in and asked if i could cover for her for a few hours cuz she had to take her husband to the hospital and i said yes cuz she always helps me out and i could use an extra couple bucks.
Anyways, i could have squeezed it in but i would have had to rush my big movements and i didnt want to do that.
However, the squats went good.
And the deadlifts were orgasmic. Hit my 3x3 all full stops.
Heres the thing, i tried using a belt today for my last couple sets of squats, and my working sets for deadlifts and it made all the fuckin difference. Squats it helped tremendously keeping my back upright, and the deads it made my spine feel hella secure and i was ripping the weights off the floor like fucking childs play.

Anyways, gotta work for a couple hours but then im gonna go idk...built an igloo or some shit for cardio lmao!
