Don't worry next program I've already started to drum up a template just gotta wait for your numbers and to see if there's a change in any goals to finalize it but it's Monday Tuesday lifting then Wednesday mobility day (working up to creating a base for more Olympic lifts and better form positioning) and Thursday Friday lifting

Fuckin man you guys im flying on off that workout right now, went incredible today!

1.skwaats 6x3 285lb heaviest for reps in quite some time
2.deadlifts 3x1 405lb 3x3 385lb

Was supposed to do lat pulldowns bent over rows and cardio but my coworker called in and asked if i could cover for her for a few hours cuz she had to take her husband to the hospital and i said yes cuz she always helps me out and i could use an extra couple bucks.

Anyways, i could have squeezed it in but i would have had to rush my big movements and i didnt want to do that.

However, the squats went good.
And the deadlifts were orgasmic. Hit my 3x3 all full stops.

Heres the thing, i tried using a belt today for my last couple sets of squats, and my working sets for deadlifts and it made all the fuckin difference. Squats it helped tremendously keeping my back upright, and the deads it made my spine feel hella secure and i was ripping the weights off the floor like fucking childs play.

Anyways, gotta work for a couple hours but then im gonna go idk...built an igloo or some shit for cardio lmao!

Cool yeah, didnt know if there was a certain weight i should be working with before i started using it.

I actually tried it a couple months ago but it didnt fit me then haha.

It definitely helped though, i knew they were supposed to help but i didnt think it would be that dramatic.

Oh goodness....yeah, i dont rush things. I always take my time, catch my breath and brace, i hate when i dont have my breathing under control and i end losing all tightness at the bottom of the lift and my ascent from the hole looks all....wibbly wobbly and jingle jangly lol

Finally all set up for school so I'm just waiting for that to start.

Oh cool cool, glad all is well, and good to hear from ya white chocolate Brahcchiato.

Hahaha yeah the devils cabbage lasted for about a week before i realized that i cannot handle any of it at all without being extremely paranoid and over thoughtful of everything.

Anxious tonget back in the gym come monday, shit is starting to get real this week.

Got weight and rep pr's (for my natty and much lower BW form) for deadlift, rep pr's for squat, and weight pr's for bench and cleans so it promises to be an exciting and challenging week in the gym, lookin forward to it!

Started doing hit by numbers so i dont have to be constantly checking the timer but it works out.
i get about 25 kbell swings in a minute 25 jumping jacks in 30 seconds and 10 pushups in 30 seconds so it just works easier for me this way, looking at the clock makes it feel like it takes waaaay longer.

Skwaats were fairly easy today, the 305 moved pretty fast i'll try and get a video up later if i can. The 295 x 3 was good, last rep was a little sketch but nothing to terrible and that was a rep pr for me so yeahya.

Hit all my deadlifts full stops the 385 x 5 was definitely an rpe 10, i had to sit down right away afterwards and my whole body was just shaking uncontrollably.

that really did a number on me, had to take a good 10 minutes before i started on my 3x3 but i got er done, thought i was recording it but i guess i didnt hit the record button, this happens alot and it's annoying lol. But that was a rep pr without a doubt so im stoked about that.

All in all very good day. Gonna get some lunch and then go buy some new pants.

Also my weight was at 258.8lb this morning so i was actually down about 3.2lb from last week which is honestly a bit more than i would have liked but it doesnt seem to have messed with my strength so its all good
