hmmmmmmmmm power cleans you say??? A DELIGHT TO THE SENSES!
I slapped on some chalk and snagged an ol' rolly bar and tried some power cleans the other day. Still got 275, smooth as ever, so I feel 305 is in reach again.

Best of luck. 205 was the biggest leap for me.... I was stuck at 205 for damn near 6 months, then one day something clicked and I flew up in weight. Maybe it was a mental thing. Same thing happened to me for bench.

Nice on the 275. Yeah im just taking these real slow, not a main powerlifting lift so i dont push myself quite as hard as i usually would, just trying to get the form down pat before i try to put any substantial amount of weight on there.

I love squats. I squatted everyday for a month straight. Made great strength gains. But it was killer at the beginning. Everyday was 95% of 1 RM or higher.

Everyday? Goodness that sounds brutal, i squat monday wednesday and friday and that just plenty for me haha
By Thursday of the first week I was trashed bro. But my body adapted by week 2 and it felt great bro. I need to squat at least twice a week. Preferably 3 times a week.
