3.lat pulldown 4x10h 160lb only got 8 on the last 2 sets
4.bent over row 5x5 185lb
5.alternating dumbbell curls 3x10 30lb
6.HIIT
Man i got it on tonight, was super nice not having anyone around. Got to use the sweet new power rack.
I think i accidentally double dosed myself on dayquil because i was feeling really out of it at the gym, had to super concentrate on squats cuz it felt like my legs werent there....nothing hardcore but it felt like a very very light disassociative effect...
Had real dry mouth, kept catchin myself clenchin my jaw really hard, some minor tracers when i looked around. I dont know how i must have taken some and forgotten but i dont think so idk. I was real careful.though.
