295 was heavy during warmups so i knew that wasnt happening so decided i would do 4x3 285 almost missed 3rd rep so dropped to 275 again almost missed the third rep so then i did 2x3 265 just barely
2.front squats supposed to be 6x4 185 did 6x4 135
3.banded deads supposed to be 4x3 275 but went ahead and did 4x3 225lb
4.stiff leg deads supposed to be 3x8 205 1x10 135 did 3x8 185 1x10 135
5. Single kwg ext 4x12 70lb
6.cardio gonna just do 20 minutes on the bike, legs are like fuckin jello.
