Progress/training log part 2:getting beary serious

So weighed in at 253 today, down .8lb from last week.

Probably not making it in today, whatever i had last week came back and hit me like a semi over the weekend, only slept an hour or so last night and just no appetite, all ive had is a couple sips of water and some cough drops today.

If i can manage to fall asleep for a couple hours i may still try and get my workout in later tonight or something but it's not lookin good at the moment.

Rest up bro. Take same NyQuil cold and flu. That should knock you out. You can add some Zquil and you will be la la land lol.

Oh ive been slammin nighttime robotussin every chance i get lmao. Got me drowsy but not quite to sleep yet.

Peobably will just rest, i could go in there and tough it out but id probably miss reps and or shit my pants trying to squat/deadlift haha.

Well decided to tough it out today, or rather i was going nuts and had to get the fuck out of bed lol. Just kept it light today as im still feelin pretty nasty

1.powerclean 6x3 135lb
2.bent over row 6x6 165lb
3.asstd pullup 4x6 80lb counter
4.tri pushdown 4x16 150lb
5.incline DB fly 3x12 35lb
6.rear delt fly 3x12 15lb
7.pushus 3xamrap just went to 10 on each set
8.cardio just gonna do 20-30 minutes on the bike, no HIIT body aint havin it.

1.squats supposed to be 4x3 at 315.
295 was heavy during warmups so i knew that wasnt happening so decided i would do 4x3 285 almost missed 3rd rep so dropped to 275 again almost missed the third rep so then i did 2x3 265 just barely

2.front squats supposed to be 6x4 185 did 6x4 135

3.banded deads supposed to be 4x3 275 but went ahead and did 4x3 225lb

4.stiff leg deads supposed to be 3x8 205 1x10 135 did 3x8 185 1x10 135

5. Single kwg ext 4x12 70lb

6.cardio gonna just do 20 minutes on the bike, legs are like fuckin jello.

Well shit guys, i came in with the best of intentions today, definitely gave it everything i had but that flu and probably even more the hardly eating for the last few days took a toll on me.

You need to rest up my man, take all the weights for this week make them 60% same rep scheme then restart this week from Monday on the 9th. Consider it a mid program deload because your body is screaming for it

yeah the old body just aint havin it, comin back healthy and rested next week sounds pretty good.

It's that time of the year, hopefully it'll just be a one and done, it's a bitch having the strength of a kitten lol.

My appetite is back gor the most part thankfully, there was like 2 days there all i really had was water and a piece of toast and a couple bites of ice cream, i hate not eating.
 
So just a little flim flam on the zim zam today. Just did 60% of what the program called for as the boss man said.

2.incline bench 3x8 85lb
3.cablw low to high 4x12 30lb
4.tri pushdown 4x12 100lb
5.straight bar curl 3x8 60lb
6.hammer curls 3x8 25lb
7.cardio 20 minute incline walk fellin better but still not quite enough energy to get back into the HIIT

Well feeling alot better today, first day i didnt feel like i needed to a gallon of dayquil just to get out of bed lmao.
 
Just finished todays workout, feeling loads better today, should be back on top by the time monday rolls around, atleast i hope haha

3.lat pulldown 5x10 100lb
3.bent over row 5x5 115lb
4.arbitrary arm stuff to get a pump before i went ahopping
5.HIIT 4 rounds of 25 kbell swings 5 box jumps 25 jumping jacks and plank hold.
