Progress/training log part 2:getting beary serious

Don't feel bad, my bench didn't go up a pound last year during my 237 to 191 cut. I didn't lose any either and that's about all you can hope for during a long cut.

True dat, yeah i mean i haven't lost much if any on bench since the bear took me on as a student so i am thankful for that, and the squat and dead progress have been nothing short of magnificient and thats more than i had hoped for.

So deload week. Weighedin at 248.8lb down .8 from last week. Just a jaunt in the park today.

1.squat 5x5 185lb
2. Bench 5x5 135lb
3.deadlift 1x5 275lb
4.leg press 2x16 2 plates per side superset with calf raise on the leg press machine 2x25
5.incline DB press 1x14 60lb 1x8 80lb
6.cardio did 15 minutes incline on the treadmill. Taking the week off preworkout or any sort of caffiene/stimulant since i dont really need it to get through these workouts but didnt really have so much energy that i felt like doing HIIT plus i blew right through the workout so got a decent bit of cardio in there.

They always say you should cycle off pwo, but I always have trouble those days. It might be harder as far as training than coming off cycle.

Yeah it is a bitch, im generally pretty tired especially in the winter when it's all gray and cold, buuuut i figure i should atleast take these light weeks off.
 
Whew man i must have got some good sleep last night because i feel fuckin great today. Good little light workouy but kept good pace so with stretching and everything i was only in the gym for about an hour and a half.

1.powerclean 4x3 115lb i was feeling snazzy today and the weight was so light i did the full clean and ended with a strict press for funsies.
2.power shrugs 4x4 115lb
3.ohp 4x4 95lb
4.bent over row 4x4 135lb
5.low cable row 2x12 120lb
6.overhead tricep cable extwnsions 3x12 120lb
7.HiIT did 4 rounds of 25kbell swings 25 jumping jacks 10 pushups 30 count plank hold.

Also, the deadlifting bear just hit me with the next 8 week training block and it looks totallly badass and brutal, got some new stuff in there push press /clean and jerk and some other fun accessory stuff so it should be a wild ride, looking forward to getting to it on monday!

PWO doesn't work for me. I'll pin some tren suspension or test base or TNE pwo on heavy days. Not pinning that stuff now. But will be soon enough. Great workout. Are you going to close this log when you start the next training block?

Yeah i hear that stuff is pretty intense, but im an all natty vegan lifter so i cant use it lmao!

Im probably just going to keep this same log going, new training block but the goal is the sam so i dont see the point in making a whole new log so i think i will be remaining here haha
