Although I did go to the gym it was mostly play around time.
Church was great hanging with family and friends and the best thing eating what ever I want after 6 months of hard xorw food regiment today and tomorrow I will be stuffing my face. And then back to the grind.
 
so It looks like I am coming up on week 7

Good work out cardio was a bit much my calves pupmp up so quick to the point where it almost impossible i find my self taking a few sec break every 5 mins or so and shake them out a bit.

So me and the my wife went out on a date. to a brazilian steak house. the kind with the green card red card. I never ever though i could say no to some one bringing me more meat. lol got a free glass of champain went back to the house. to smash. that kind thats so go you both fall a sleep after ward. today was a good day.

I love brazilian steak houses. I used to go out witg girls just to have someone go so I didnt look like a fat ass going myself all the time.
