Yeah it's a little better with the combo.
Like cialis alone better tho.

Lol better how? I get sinus issues with either of em. So kinda curious why guys run the combo cialis lasts longer so they say and viagra last 4 hours so I am missing the point and just curious to any benefits to the combo. & for whomever mentioned BP if I was interested in BP stuff I would just run lisinopril just saying? Also nvm this isn't a BP thread... lol nvm nvm

difference in running them both?
That combo, what's the reasoning behind it?
The combination's only benefit is from a sexual enhancement perspective. Sildenafil is more rapidly active with onset of action between 12 and 30 minutes. Tadalafil is more slowly metabolized, thus having a longer time to peak action (approximately 30 min to 2 hours).
Basically the Viagra gets you going in a hurry; and Cialis keeps you going.
The biggest problem I see with the combo is the time frame of 2-4 hours after ingestion where both medications would be at peak effectiveness. I have used it and the headache/nasal congestion was nearly not worth the performance; so it will sit in my pile of "been there done that" drugs. It is effective at its intended purpose though.
I combined this with dapoxetine and my wife hated me for a few days.
Cialis has the upper hand in the class of drugs though because it is not affected greatly by the consumption of fatty meals around the time of dosing. The other Pde5 drugs are severely affected by ingestion with a fatty meal.

Was the cialis you used dosed at 10 mg. That’s what I cap at and it’s super effective with zero sides. I have taken it also for BP control but I don’t know how that dose works for that. I knew BP was up but wasn’t monitoring daily. Nothing dangerous and I was stopping the tren a soon anyway so wasn’t to concerned. Will do a much better job next time around just to be safe.

According to the new guidelines anything over 120/80 is hypertensive.

I agree with the new guidelines as well. High blood pressure causes micro tears which ultimately end up to clogged arteries.

Many feel that if it’s below 140 then it isn’t dangerous and you won’t stroke out of course but if you are consistently running high bp then it’s causing micro abrasions much like a car engine.. those micro abrasions will cause the engine to fail eventually.

My first time running tren a was the first time ever with elevated BP. It was still under the old guidelines but it was higher than the traditional 120/80. I just want to be better prepared for the next time. I kept playing around with the tren dose and raising it to see where I could go with it. this time going to keep it low and steady. I think I should get better results with lower dose but longer run time then higher dose shorter run.

No, I made a suspension 50 viagra/20 cialis per mL. It was fine just at first, then the next day was just fine. It was that time frame when both were at peak activity where I found it unpleasant. 2 hours after the dose up until I fell asleep was really uncomfortable......throbbing headache and terrible congestion.
I have used 10mg every other day as an adjunct to my BP meds while I am using higher than TRT; and it works well. I have essential hypertension and have been on meds since age 25; so I am particular about my BP control. The cialis really does help if it is only a very slight reduction in BP that you need.
If you are at 140/90, Cialis isn't going to cut it. Telmisartan would be the best choice from the raws that ppl lists.
Actually, I self prescribe because I prescribe legally in real life. If you have high blood pressure, you really need to have someone follow you and develop a relationship with him/her so that you can get help when you get in a bind.
Honestly, most providers are very willing to help if you tell them you are using gear. We will all tell you to stop; but only because we have to say that. I don't know anyone who would deny treatment of BP for a steroid user.

I read about the micro tear/atherosclerosis phenomena too. So many ways to promote a heart attack....
In my practice, I am surprised at how many people do not know what left ventricular hypertrophy is and how high blood pressure causes it. Those poor people are 55 years old with severe congestive heart failure and don't understand why it happened to them. They, for the most part, were active, employed, and reasonably healthy people. I can see the look of disappointment on their faces when I tell them that it could have been easily prevented by taking their BP meds. Makes me sad....

My last short blast on tren a was cut very short due to high bp. Freaks me out lol. I monitored it daily but kept getting worse.
Doc said it wasn’t an issue unless it stayed high for an extended amount of time.
I’ve never had bp issues before. Done tren a couple times wo issue before. But this time sucked. Seemed like I got every bad side without any benefit.
Was running 300mg week. Three weeks in and dropped it. Took about a week for everything to turn back to normal.
High blood pressure is no joke cause u can have high bp and zero symptoms. Guess that’s why it’s called the silent killer.

Good lookin out buddy. For yourself too. I’m old school when it comes to going to the dr but I will be changing that soon. As far as the aas use goes I just wrote about the scenario that led to the one time I had elevated BP. I will definitely do a better job next time. If I can’t ill just cut tren a from the arsenal. Bye bye tren a hello lots of NPP.

I love NPP by far my favorite

I have already bought the panda at a certain time, but I am with a request 21 days late, I made a payment on 03/21 in which it was not sent, payment in the amount of 1,486.00 usd, I met the reports in the forums in Around the world, he does not answer me, until then I feel stolen, I will wait another few days and open a topic of alert, he hopes it is just a misunderstanding.

@robby ron
Have you had a minor cold or been sick recently? Increase in WBC is common when your body is fighting off a sickness/infection. I wouldn’t be too alarmed. You could always get tested again in a week or two but it should go back to normal.
