Well your measurement for the test is ng/ml. I doubt they inverted the numbers. So simply your test for ng/dl is a multiplication of 100 of ng/ml putting you at 2330 ng/dl. Which makes sense. The free test of 300+% makes sense to me as well. I've always had capped free test (>150)Isn't the elfa method used for free test?
The fact is test and free test levels look like they've been inverted kinda pissed off by the mess but I don't have that much choice on labs around here

Well I certainly never claimed to be a professional. At all. Simply stated 2330 is logical numbers.but I get frustrated with all the professional test level assessors on the inter webs.

Lol okay. I was like damn... I didn't think I was being pretentious.Lol we were formulating our responses at the same time and this way absolutely not directed towards you.
I still don't fully understand free and total test. It was my understanding if you convert more to free test your total number would be lower?Lol we were formulating our responses at the same time and this way absolutely not directed towards you.
Usually free testosterone is calculated. The lab you used is reporting it as a percentage. Looks like we’re in different countries so I’m not very familiar with it being displayed that way.
Your testosterone is being reported in ng/mL and may look “inverted” if you are used to it being reported in alternative units.
Here’s the thing about testosterone that people tend to overlook or lack knowledge on, there is no standardized process yet for testosterone testing and you could have the same exact patient sample tested on two different brands of analyzers with a 30 to 40% difference between results and both would technically be correct. Labs are supposed to develop their own reference ranges but typically do not in use outdated literature, which absolutely does not reflect the normal ranges of the typical adult male. I did half a dozen testosterone reference range studies this past year for various customers and never once did I have a test level greater than 700 for a non-trt male in that age group of 25+. Range was 250 - 600 and the median was about 400. This is a combined total of 300 patient samples.
Sorry to ramble away a little but I get frustrated with all the professional test level assessors on the inter webs. To sum it up, units of measurement, reference range and possibly analyzer the test was performed on need to kept in context.

What do you think of the 2300 number?
Do you think some of the u.s. Labs accept international samples through express courier?
Is it the final result or still pending confirmation testing?
Absolutely not because the specimen would no longer be able to produce accurate results. Most labs toss specimens after 72 hours refrigerated, if I ever get hospitalized I’m asking them to draw fresh specimens every time since many are not that stable I’m finding.
Testosterone increases over time after the blood draw for most test methods. For instance I needed testosterone’s greater than 600 for comparisons so I left them in the fridge for 4-5 days and results were significantly elevated compared to intitial sampling.
Why are you adding hcg?
To refill my testicles as atm they're like 2 "olives
Because your on a cycle. If you're having e2 issues or have elevated e2 that you're not controlling, hcg will exacerbate that. I didn't read through your labs, I just saw that you asked about the levels.
Oww ok thanks, my e2 is quite high 190+ i still don't take an AI thought didn't want to take it before bloods I have no symptoms tho and I'm undecided if I should start taking the AI
Dude . You need an Ai. That's very very high.
