not defending PPL at all but they always make things right with reships and such for me. t/a and communication struggles sure, but I always get my raws tested and so far always good product when it finally arrives.
 
Update: All packs are being shipped out, if you have not received an email explaining what happened you may EMAIL Panda directly but everyone should have already received an EMAIL. Check your SPAM.

Thank you for saying that; Panda does in fact make sure everything is handled correctly when something goes wrong. All we ask for is some patience.

You can always Email or PM me here. I answer EVERY SINGLE PM that is sent on MESO.

Jesus Christ, I wondered why the other rep had left MESO and it's clear now - dealing with people like you. Normally I'm very level headed and kind, but it's fair to say you can bring out the worst in people.
I think that EVERY single source will have issues sometime or another, and when that happens you just buckle up and deal with it as a man; and roll with the punches. You think we wanted to reship 20 packs or have this issue? Oh yeah, we totally made it all up.
What I wrote is what had actually happened, and it takes time to repack everything. Now as I said before, I'll give Panda a ring to give a clear update.
Meanwhile, you should calm down and not throw around accusations; you clearly do not want to order with us anymore. If you would like a refund, I'll personally take it up to Panda for you.

Panda offered me a refund when I emailed him. I dont want a refund just an idea when I can expect the pack. He told me they would be shipped out Monday and I should receive it by the end of next week . I'm gonna keep my faith, hopefully this shit gets sorted out very soon.

You do realize this is a dr*g deal at the end of the day and y’all act like they are suppose to have the customer service of target. I’ve had sources take 6+ months to get me shit and it sucks but it happens. At the end of the day if @Pinnacle and PPL were trying to burn us I doubt they would keep up with Meso or message anyone back they would just disappear all together.

I try my best to keep you guys updated on MESO, while Panda handles what he has to.
We have a team and certain employees are appointed different positions, however there have been a few mishaps in the chain of communication.
We are trying to make up for it, please be patient everyone - packs are all already being shipped out..

I know this shit ain’t pinnacles fault I was about 4 times. 3 for sure, told things happened that didn’t happen.

I’ve never seen this source screw anybody over since they’ve been here. Ranting every min isn’t going to make the pack show up any faster. They’ll come through... just relax..
 
I remember back in the days of Genxxl it would take at least a month to only get part of an order and like two months and a ton of emails to get the rest of it. This little issue is no big deal to me.

It's the nature of the beast. You can't please 100% of the people 100% of the time... Then again, 10 kgs of raws would get you pretty damn close, i bet. ;):)
