I don't take kindly to bashing someone without evidence, of course I will refute any claims which are untrue - with attitude or not.
You found out something that's more than a year old, every member that has ordered from PPL already knows this. This has no effect on our domestic shipping or customer info.
If you don't like us and have an agenda, please continue to spew your hatred in this thread. It makes no difference to me; as PPL and the rest of his team will continue to provide customer service and good products.
Secondly, all packs have indeed been shipped out; if there are any personal issues please go ahead and shoot them to my DM.
I'm a very calm person, but I think everyone has to have boundaries even as a rep dealing with customers. No rep/source should have to heed to every customers request if it's not logical - therefore I will not do so.

Like I've said in an earlier post. I don't really ever post about sources or source experiences. I've only ever helped people in other ways. That being said I've been dealing with panda for years and have always had excellent service and everything I've ever had has tested extremely well. A few small hiccups, which were out of pandas hands, but overall very satisfied. I think there's just some folks overreacting to a little hiccup. It will resolve it's self. And for the exit scam talk, gotta kind of put that in check. Until someone actually gets scammed it just sounds like bullshit to me.
Dude give it time. My tracking never gets updated then next minute the stuff is at my door.

I was told everything would be shipped by today and should receive packs by end of this week. If by the end of the week none of us have anything, then we prob need to be concerned.
