Whoever is questioning what is going on, let me remind you of PPL previous domestic shops. He has had countless issues, and if what is being reported is true then I am thinking his domestic guy is stealing from him and sending out empty packs to buy more time or money. Afterall this has happened to them before.
You can create a thread and let everyone know on every forum what a POS this source is for ripping you off is what you can do. If they sent me an empty box you best believe I’d have everyone thinking twice about buying from them .

What the fuck is really going on PPL. Still no update on tracking, you guys keep acting like nothing is going on but this thread has been a disaster for weeks..
This empty box phenomenon is popular on the dark net with big vendors. 100% of the time after investigation it was found that the reshippers get sticky fingers. They will only pick 1 out of every 100 packs or so to make it look like a false claim. This is a VERY popular scam pulled by reshippers.
Start video taping opening ppl packs. That’s the only way you are going to bust these guys.

The weight of USPS priority boxes shouldn’t matter, as it doesn’t effect the cost of the actual label. When these guys buy postage with crypto, their required to “enter a weight” in order to purchase the label. It can be any made up number as long as it doesn’t exceed 70lbs.
Bottomline, the weight on the label is not accurate as to the actual weight of the contents/overall package. It’s technically possible to receive a small flat rate box with nothing inside, yet the label says it weighs 3lbs.
I already said this elsewhere, but he probably got robbed again.. It’s almost impossible for him to run a smooth domestic operation since doing so relies on the trust of people he doesn’t know, and who live in an entirely different country..
These guys get 100’s of kilos of raw product sent in for free, they could either use it to continue working UNDER him as planned, or they could just take it for themselves and make a shit ton of money..
The real question is why the fuck do people still order PPL domestic..? At that point, your trusting a bunch of random fucks who most likely have an alternative agenda, to brew your gear properly and deliver your order.
Eh, as I said above only the customers are truly to blame at the end of the day. It’s not like panda himself is trying to rip you off, it’s more like your taking a huge gamble ordering from his remailers who could decide to steal all the product at any given moment, with zero consequence for doing so.. my order was INT without going into too much detail, had an issue the same time all the domestic crap started going down.
I’m not sticking up for the source, but I’m sure your shit will be taken care of and I doubt there’s a correlation. As far as the rest of the people who ordered domestic go, well I say this everytime PPL domestic reopens. Why are you guys ordering? Based off previous events with his domestic line, you have about a 25%-30% chance of getting your package...
