*Domestic Notice*
So starting tomorrow any of the pending domestic orders in our system will receive an email asking for a refund address. Today we actually started the refund process for the 85 orders that are marked as non shipped pending in our system. 40 emails were sent today and most have responded and received their refund. Tomorrow the remaining 45 emails will be sent and all of those will be refunded as well. All orders that have be marked as shipped, but the label never shows it updated past label created. If by this evening you check your account and there is not an updated tracking number that has taken the place of the old tracking, you will be emailed and refunded also. I apologize to all my customers who have been effected by this. However, unfortunately, if it’s not in China it’s out of my full control. And unfortunately people start to get greedy and it ultimately leads to them robbing me or doing a bad job. Domestic typically always starts great for 3-6 months, but then the shipper starts getting lazy and complacent making 10k a week and then starts looking at the 150k of products he has and thinks it would just be easier to steal the product then do work. Then it ultimately ends with what has happened multiple times before is I’ll get a backup of orders and then they disappear. But I will always do what I have always done and that is to refund every customer effected by the incident. I have never and will never steal or rob my customers. If there is an issue I will always make it right, as I always have. But again, to all customers effected I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. For the near future domestic finished products are closed
