But seriously it’s not he customers fault if his guys try to steal his customers shit. He needs to know what the fuck is going on in his business, PERIOD.
Kinda hard for him to do when the only way he can have domestic is by remailing it to a bunch of people. It’s not like he can be there watching them and making sure they operate as smoothly as possible.
 
I’m not sticking up for the source, but I’m sure your shit will be taken care of and I doubt there’s a correlation. As far as the rest of the people who ordered domestic go, well I say this everytime PPL domestic reopens. Why are you guys ordering? Based off previous events with his domestic line, you have about a 25%-30% chance of getting your package...

it always is taken care of was just worrisome that my tracking didn't update while this empty pack nonsense was going on.

i since spoke to panda and he further updated me so im appeased for now and will update when it arrives.

as for the domestic issue maybe the dude is scamming panda as an exit scam on his end and sending empty packs to buy more time.

and maybe some people are trying to take advantage of that and me too it.

im just being transparent with what's going on with my stuff since others are having issues
 
*Domestic Notice*

So starting tomorrow any of the pending domestic orders in our system will receive an email asking for a refund address. Today we actually started the refund process for the 85 orders that are marked as non shipped pending in our system. 40 emails were sent today and most have responded and received their refund. Tomorrow the remaining 45 emails will be sent and all of those will be refunded as well. All orders that have be marked as shipped, but the label never shows it updated past label created. If by this evening you check your account and there is not an updated tracking number that has taken the place of the old tracking, you will be emailed and refunded also. I apologize to all my customers who have been effected by this. However, unfortunately, if it’s not in China it’s out of my full control. And unfortunately people start to get greedy and it ultimately leads to them robbing me or doing a bad job. Domestic typically always starts great for 3-6 months, but then the shipper starts getting lazy and complacent making 10k a week and then starts looking at the 150k of products he has and thinks it would just be easier to steal the product then do work. Then it ultimately ends with what has happened multiple times before is I’ll get a backup of orders and then they disappear. But I will always do what I have always done and that is to refund every customer effected by the incident. I have never and will never steal or rob my customers. If there is an issue I will always make it right, as I always have. But again, to all customers effected I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. For the near future domestic finished products are closed

PPL I do appreciate the new transparency but, for you or @Pinnacle to initially take an arrogant attitude with your customers and act like they are crazy or reverse scamming you while this is going on is maddening. You truly dont give a shit about your customers. Looks like the hacker was right about you.

New transparency? Take a look back at his thread he’s been doing this forever! I don’t even know why people still order from him after all I’ve read. His website was hacked. The feds have customer intro pertaining to his domestic line. There was a hair in someone’s gear!

I would like to know why this keeps happening to panda. This has got to be the 3rd or 4th time this same exact shit has happen LOL. How is it that there are two other raws and finished products sources on here that do the exact same thing as PPL but dont have these problems with their domestic re shippers????
