His fuck ups are not your problem. Him refunding you shows integrity sure but you are under no obligation to write this off as a anything less than a fuck up of epic proportions.
I understand that; however, customes CAN open ppl packages though and when they see you ordered from PPL they will most likely pursue you!

lol see that i ordered from PPL? do you think INT orders come with a gift receipt? there's nothing in these orders tying it back to them more than other INT raw source.
and no you get a letter from customs and a potential flagged address. no major sting operations.

BB69 has been watching from the sidelines and asked me to post this for him in the PPL thread:
Would you do me a favor and remind people in the Panda(PPL) thread that int sources are routinely fucked. Its not reserved for Panda. Panda has just been around longer than the other int sources offering domestic gear.
Scirroxx guys in charge of domestic gear were underfilling vials by 1 to 2 ml regularly.
Scirroxx domestic guy was also busted a couple yrs back.
If we go even further back with Scirroxx you have Karl(owner of Scirroxx) financing a startup ugl against his will that went by Astro Labs.
Astro figured it wasn't that hard. He was pissed off that karl was sitting back collecting the big bucks while he(astro) was filling vials and shipping pkg's....if and when he felt like it.
Yeah...running a ugl is a piece of cake!! When you get the gear you sell for nothing. Just the cost of new Astro labels. Nice margin there!

To summarize BB69’s post: The same thing happened with scirroxx, and it’s likely to happen over and over again with international sources who set up a domestic reselling outlet for their product(s). The bigger the source is, the more likely it will happen, particularly because the guys who are working for the large supplier do not pay a dime for any of the product that they are housing/getting shipped.

Man I hate to say it but you’re right. I read responses from this dude flipping out at customers giving them attitudes over his mistakes. Huge red flag there. The only people I can understand ordering from Panda are those that don’t know about his track record. That’s why it’s important to let people know! I’d never order from this dude in a million years. Pharmacom is my go to go to!
No but they will see his logo on the vials if they open it up. How do you know homeland security isn’t looking out for his products coming in from other countries? Pandas logo is practically a bulls eye at this point.

I've been surfing around the dark web since 2012 this is a common practice. I've been buying raws international for a few years now.. only for the main fact that almost most every domestic I've ever seen, runs in to problems such as these. It's a part of the business of selling drugs... Ever heard the term "ran off on the plug" that's basically what happened here they ran off with the plugs product and inventory. Happens in every dope game..

Still no reply about refund. I've emailed and Dm'd Pinnacle on here. I received another tracking # the day when refunds were announced but I'm pretty sure it's the reshipper just pulling more BS..
