Not going to go too deep into it but I recently got a international order from PPL and it didn't come from China.
Panda has a good track record when ordering internationally. Domestically has always been an issue at some point.
If memory serves me well Panda has always made any wrongs right. It may have taken him quite some time to come through but I don’t remember anyone getting flat out taken or scammed.
I’m not sure if I can say that about any other source. Sure he’s had issues (mostly domestic) but he does try and fix any mistakes. At the very least if you don’t get what you’ve paid for in product then he refunds the cost.
A source of this magnitude, is sure to have issues, it’s how Panda responds to them is why he’s still in business.
