A lot of the PMs and messages I get are related to tracking. First off, if you have any questions, please, don't hesitate to ask. I'm totally happy to help.

We need to have a little patience with shipping. Use 17track and translate the Mandarin into whatever language you speak

and note when it actually ships. Average right now is 2-3 weeks. Not from the day you press send on the keyboard, in shipping. We have had no more or less problems with shipping, read that line twice, but some packs are taking a little bit longer than average, yet some are coming even faster. Go figure.

I just watched a pack sit in customs for 19 days. That's insane, and not at all normal...there's also a global pandemic and this particular spot is notoriously slow. Our shipping process is super solid with a high percentage of success (no details please). But the point is be patient. Don't freak. Plan accordingly and don't wait until you are almost out to order.

Everything is fine on our side and again, I'm totally cool with questions. Walked someone through BTC yesterday morning for a first time btc order. Totally fine. But checking your tracking every 2 days, and wondering why it hasn't moved in 7 days. Be patient. We'll all be through this in a short time and life will return to normal.

Shipping is slower than normal bc assholes are trying to smuggle malaria meds thinking it will protect them from Covid-19. Additionally, I have another source (wout stealth that is running to real issues with customs). So, the person the few pages back that thinks stealth doesn't matter, you are quite mistaken, especially now given all this fuckery going on.
